Ալեքսանդր Լապշին. Ադրբեջանը շատ բանով է պարտական ​​Ուկրաինային

realtribune.ru–ն գրում է, որ փետրվարի 25-ի գիշերը Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին ուղիղ եթերում ասել է. «Այսօր մենք մենակ ենք մնացել, բոլորը վախենում են…»: Նա դա բացարձակապես անկեղծորեն է ասել, բայց մի բանում սխալվել է. Ուկրաինան մենակ է մնացել ոչ թե այդ գիշեր, այլ շատ տարիներ առաջ։ Ափսոսանքով պետք է ասել (և ես անկեղծորեն ասում եմ որպես մարդ, ում ամբողջ ընտանիքը Լվովից է), որ Ուկրաինան ազգային գաղափարի բացակայության, կոռուպցիայի և քաոսի հետ միասին միշտ էլ սխալվել է ընկերներ և դաշնակիցներ ընտրելիս: Երեք ամիս առաջ Ուկրաինայի բոլոր քաղաքները ներկված էին Ադրբեջանի դրոշներով՝ Ղարաբաղում տարած հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ շնորհավորանքներով։ Ադրբեջանը ժողովրդավարությունից հեռու երկիր է, վաղուց խեղդված կոռուպցիայի մեջ, որտեղ Ալիևների դինաստիան գրեթե երեսուն տարի թալանում է այդ ամենահարուստ երկիրը, իսկ սանձազերծած սարսափելի պատերազմի արդյունքում հազարավոր հայեր զոհվեցին, տասնյակ հազարներ դարձան փախստական: Եվ դա Ադրբեջանին մատակարարումների, այդ թվում ուկրաինական զենքի պատճառով։ Այո, ոչ միայն Ուկրաինան է զենք մատակարարել Ղարաբաղի պատերազմի ընթացքում,  Պակիստանը, Իսրայելը, Թուրքիան, Բելառուսը և մի քանի ուրիշները ևս աչքի են ընկել։ Ես հասկանում եմ, որ կասեք, որ դա քաղաքականություն է, շատ փող է, և որ Ադրբեջանը պարզապես «վճարել է» ուկրաինական քաղաքների փողոցներում հաղթանակի այդ ամբողջ խայտառակ գովազդի համար։ Համաձայն եմ ձեզ հետ, որ հասարակ ուկրաինացին, անկեղծ ասած, թքած ունի և Ղարաբաղի, և Ադրբեջանի վրա։ Բայց Ադրբեջանը նման ակտիվ աջակցություն չի գտել ոչ մի այլ երկրում, բացառությամբ Թուրքիայի։ «Վճարված» է եղել, թե ոչ, կապ չունի։ Նույնիսկ Ալիևի տակ պառկած Լուկաշենկոն իրեն նման բան թույլ չի տվել փորձելով գոնե ձևի համար չեզոքություն պահպանել։ Եվ ի՞նչ է հիմա։ Հատուկ ռազմական գործողության մեկնարկից մեկ օր առաջ Ուկրաինայի երեկվա «հավատարիմ» բարեկամ Իլհամ Ալիևը շտապել է Կրեմլ փոխադարձ աջակցության և համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու։ Ադրբեջանը, որը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տարած հաղթանակի համար մեծապես պարտական ​​է Ուկրաինային, այսօր լռում է, քանի որ թքած ունի Ուկրաինայի վրա։ Զենք ուղարկե՞լ են, «Ղարաբաղի պերեմոգի» համար դրոշակներ ծածանե՞լ են։ Լա՛վ է, ասել է Իլհամ Հեյդարովիչը, իսկ հիմա փաթաթիր քեզ զուգարանի թղթի մեջ ու գցիր գիտես թե որտեղ։ Ահա թե ինչ է նա փոխանցում: Իսկ որտե՞ղ է «նվիրված» բարեկամ Թուրքիան իր «բայրաքթարներով»։ Այո՛, նույն տեղում, որտեղ Ադրբեջանն է, նրանք Ուկրաինայի վրա թքած ունեն, չեն միջամտելու, բացարձակապես ոչ մի բանով չեն աջակցելու։ Այն, ինչ կատարվում է Ուկրաինայում, մեծ ողբերգություն է: Դա սարսափելի է, ես հրաժարվում եմ դրան հավատալ: Դա չպետք է տեղի ունենար: Ցավում եմ, որ Ուկրաինան կրկին մենակ մնաց, թեև դա բացարձակապես կարելի էր կանխատեսել տեսնելով, թե ինչ է կատարվում այս գեղեցիկ երկրի հետ տասնամյակներ շարունակ։
