Հայաստանը փորձում է մեղմել Ռուսաստանի զայրույթը. Հռոմի ստատուտի հետքերով

Հայաստանը հիմա էլ փորձում է մեղմել Ռուսաստանի զայրույթը՝ հասկանալով, որ լրջագույն խնդիրների կարող է բախվել։ Պաշտոնական Երևանը հաստատել է, որ Հայաստանի կողմից Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացման գործընթացի մասով ռուսաստանյան կողմից առաջարկություններ է ստացել։ Երևանը նաև արձագանքել է այդ առաջարկություններին, ԱԳՆ-ն չի հստակեցնում, թե ինչ առաջարկությունների մասին է խոսքը։

Ազգային ժողովը հոկտեմբերի 3-ին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» 60 կողմ ձայնով վավերացրեց ստատուտը, մինչ այդ Ռուսաստանի տարբեր մակարդակի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ նախազգուշացնում էին, որ դա թշնամական քայլ են գնահատելու համապատասխան հետևանքներով, վարչախումբը սակայն ամեն ինչ արեց, որպեսզի խնդրահարույց կանոնադրությունը վավերացնի։

Նշենք, որ միջազգային քրեական դատարանը հետախուզում է հայտարարել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Ռուսաստանի օմբուդսմենի նկատմամբ և Հռոմի կանոնադրությունը վավերացնող յուրաքանչյուր երկիր պարտավոր է ձերբակալել Ռուսաստանի նախագահին, եթե նա ժամանի տվյալ երկիրը։

Նման դեմարշից հետո, հիմա էլ Հայաստանը փորձում է մեղմել հարաբերությունները։ ԱԳՆ-ն հայտնել է, թե հայկական կողմը հանդես է եկել համապատասխան երկկողմ պայմանագիր կնքելու առաջարկությամբ, որը կարող է փարատել Ռուսաստանի մտահոգությունները։ Պաշտոնական գրավոր պատասխան ռուսական կողից դեռևս չի ներկայացվել։ Մեծ հավանականությամբ չի էլ ներկայացվի։ Ռուսները Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացումն օգտագործելու են գործող վարչախմբի դեմ հերթական պատիժներ սահմանելու համար՝ հասկանալով, որ սա առաջին հերթին ոչ թե իրավական հարց է, այլ զուտ Փաշինյանի քմահաճույքը։ Թերևս դրանից ավելի շատ տուժելու է հենց ոչ թե գործող իշխանությունը, այլ Հայաստանի Հանրապետութան շարքային քաղաքացին։
