Ինչու է լռում վարչապետը

Արտակ Ասլանյան, «Լրաբեր» / Վերջին օրերի քաղաքական օրակարգում ակնհայտորեն պասիվացել է Կարեն Կարապետյանի անվան շոշափումը: Եթե նախորդ ամիսներին մենք անընդհատ լսում էինք վարչապետի անունը, տեսնում նրա խիստ տոնով հանձնարարականների մասին պատմող տեսանյութերը, հիմա մեզ մնում է միայն վայելել վարչապետի ֆեյսբուքյան էջի երաժշտական հրապարակումները:
Կարեն Կարապետյանի այս լռությունը խորհրդանշական է Սերժ Սարգսյանի ակտիվացման ֆոնին: Սերժ Սարգսյանը վարչապետի թեկնածության հարցում ֆորմալ առումով պահեց անորոշությունը՝ պատասխանատվությունը գցելով ՀՀԿ-ի վրա, որն, իբրև մեծամասնություն, պետք է որոշի վարչապետի ով լինելը:
Կարեն Կարապետյանի անորոշությունը Սարգսյանի հարցազրույցով ավելի է խորանում, որովհետև նրան ո՛չ մնալու և ո՛չ էլ գնալու հիմնավոր առիթ այդպես էլ չի տրվում: Վարչապետը մնում է թելից կախված: Իսկ սա նաև նշանակում է, որ նա և իր հովանավորները սպասում են ինչ-որ զարգացումների, շատ լավ իմանալով, թե ինչ իրական նպատակներ են թաքնված Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունների տակ:
Սերժ Սարգսյանն էլ գիտի, որ Կարապետյանն ու ընկերները սպասման մեջ են և երկարաձգում է այդ սպասումը, որպեսզի առաջին քայլը, առաջին կապիտուլացիան կամ դեմարշն անի հակառակորդը: Քաղաքական վերնախավում առկա այս հակադրությունը, անորոշության մթնոլորտն ու այս ֆոնին հասարակության չիրականացվող սպասումները բավական պայթյունավտանգ են դառնում իշխանության համար: Եվ եթե վերնախավի ու իշխանական ինստիտուտների իմաստով առավելությունը Սարգսյանի կողմն է, ապա հանրային վստահության իմաստով համակրանքը Կարապետյանի կողմն է: Եվ ձախողման դեպքում հասարակությունը չի մեղադրելու Կարապետյանին, ինչքան էլ համապատասխան խողովակներով նրա վրա բարդվի հերթական տնտեսական հրաշքի չիրականացումը:
Վարչապետի՝ վերջին օրերի պասիվությունը նաև տեղավորվում է վերը նշվածի կոնտեքստում: Իզոլացվելով քաղաքական ինտրիգներից, դուրս գալով մեդիայի տեսադաշտից՝ վարչապետը հող է նախապատրաստում Սարգսյանի հնարավոր գրոհի ժամանակ զոհի կերպար ընդունելու և հասարակության համակրանքը դրանով կրկին շահելու համար:
