Եռակողմ հայտարարության վերանայում․ Հայաստանը պետք է դիմի ՄԱԿ ԱԽ

Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանի սպառնալիքների ֆոնին պետք է դիմի ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհուրդ և օրինականացի ինքնապաշտպանության իր իրավունքը։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության պատգամավոր Տարոն Սիմոնյանը։ Պատգամավորը հիշեցնում է, որ Ադրբեջանը հայտարարել է, որ կստիպի Հայաստանին միջանցք բացել Սյունիքի տարածքով։ Սա ուժի կիրառման ուղիղ սպառնալիք է, ինչն արգելված է ՄԱԿ Կանոնադրության 2-րդ հոդվածով։ Եթե այս ամենին ավելացնենք մարտի 15-16 կայանալիք ադրբեջանական զորավարժությունները, որը համընկնում է Մոսկվայի պայմանագրի 100-ամյա ժամկետի ավարտին և դիտվում է որպես ուժի ցուցադրման գործոողություն, հետևաբար՝ ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիք, ապա պատկերը դառնում է ավելի ամբողջական, նշել է Սիմոնյանը։

 Նա նաև ավելացրել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է հաշվի առնել թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից կատարված միջազգային հանցագործությունները․ ագրեսիա, ռազմական հանցագործություններ, ահաբեկչություն, վարձկանների ներգրավում և այլն։ «Նման դեպքերում կոմպետենտ պետական մարմինները դիմում են ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհուրդ, որպեսզի օրինականացնեն իրենց ինքնապաշտպանության իրավունքը ՄԱԿ Կանոնադրության 51-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն», – ասել է պատգամավորը։
 «Տարածաշրջանի իրավիճակը ուժի կիրառման արդյունք է։ Ոչ մի հակամարտություն դեռ չի լուծվել ուժային ճանապարհով։ Ուժի կիրառումը կարող է բերել հակամարտության նոր փուլի, սակայն չի կարող  վերջնական լուծում տալ», հայտարարել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արա Այվազյանը։ Հայաստանի և Արցախի  համագործակցությունը այս փուլում  առանցքային նշանակություն ունի, ասել է Այվազյանը։
 

Ամերիկայի հայ ազգային հանձնախումբը (ANCA) դիմել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենին, պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենին և Պետդեպարտամենտին նախազգուշացնելով, որ «Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան պատրաստվում են հարձակվել Սյունիքի վրա։ Հայաստանը կլինի հաջորդ հարձակման թիրախը», գրված է հանձնախմբի Թվիթերյան էջում։

Հայաստանը ՄԱԿ-ին դիմել է 2020 թ․ պատերազմի ժամանակ, և հոկտեմբերի 19-ին կայացել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստը։ Սակայն, ինչպես հայտնել է Հայաստանի ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը, Անվտանգության խորհրդի մշտական անդամներից մեկը արգելափակել է բանաձևը, որը ենթադրում էր ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցում և միջազգային խաղաղապահների տեղակայում։

Ռուսաստանը անհապաղ պետք է ապահովի ԵԱՀԿ և ՄԱԿ հումանիտար առաքելությունների մուտքն իր օկուպացրած Ղրիմ, ինչպես նաև Ոկրաինայի Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի շրջաններ։ Այս մասին ուրբաթ հայտարարել է ՄԱԿ -ում ԱՄՆ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Լինդա Թոմաս-Գրինֆիլդը ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ։

«Արրիայի բանաձևով» նիստը ՄԱԿ ԱԽ անդամ առանձին պետությունների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպում է։ Ինչպես հայտնել է Թոմաս-Գրինֆիլդը, «միջազգային հանրությունը շարունակում է սատարել ՄԱԿ Կանոնադրության հիմնարար սկզբունքը․ ոչ մի պետություն իրավունք չունի ուժով փոխել այլ պետության սահմանները»։
