Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սա ասեր նոյեմբերի 1-ին, հիմա լավագույն դեպքում կլիներ ԱԱԾ մեկուսարանում. Ղազինյան

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և յուր իշխանության պետական դավաճան լինելն արդեն կարելի է համարել հաստատված հանգամանք, հատկապես որ սա մինչ այժմ որևէ իրավապահ մարմին չի հերքել։

Պետական դավաճանության մասին մինչ օրս ներկայացված երեք հաղորդումները գտնվում են դատախազությունում և սպասում են իրենց հետագա անխուսափելի ճակատագրին. քրեական գործի հարուցում և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա հանցակիցների կալանավորում։

Մինչ այդ, սակայն, հարկ է նշել, որ դավաճանական հանցավոր բանդայի պարագլուխն ու անդամները ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հարստացնում են ապագա քրեական գործի հատորներն ու դրվագները, ինչը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին դնում է բավական անհարմար դրության մեջ։

Մասնավորապես, քրեական գործի՝ Շուշի քաղաքի կազմակերպված հանձնման դրվագը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թեթև ձեռքով, վերջին օրերին դարձավ հանրային բուռն քննարկումների նյութ, որի արդյունքում է՛լ ավելի ամրապնդվեց թշնամուն օգնություն ցույց տալու եղանակով պետական դավաճանության համոզմունքը։

Կրիմինալիստները կհաստատեն, որ ցանկացած հանցագործ պատճառ է փնտրում իր կողմից կատարված հանցանքն արդարացնելու համար։ Իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Շուշին ադրբեջանական քաղաք է» դավաճանական հայտարարության հիմքում դրված էր ոչ այլ ինչ, քան իր անմիջական հրամանով Շուշին առանց մարտերի հանձնելու փաստն արդարացնելու փորձ։

Բայց այստեղ մի հարց է առաջ գալիս. բա եթե Շուշին ադրբեջանական քաղաք էր և այն պետք է հանձնվեր Ադրբեջանին, ապա ինչո՞ւ այդ համոզմունքը չարտահայտվեց նոյեմբերի 1-ին, երբ հազարավոր հայորդիներ շտապում էին իրենց կյանքի գնով պաշտպանել «ադրբեջանական» Շուշին, ինչո՞ւ զոհաբորվեցին 800-ից ավել հայրենասեր կամավորականներ։

Ինչո՞ւ են հիմա՛ խոսում սրա մասին . . . Շատ պարզ պատճառով. եթե այս դավաճանական հայտարարությունն արվել նոյեմբերի 1-ին, 800-ից ավել զոհված հայորդիները իրենց զենքը կուղղեին ոչ թե ադրբեջանական բանակի, այլ իր՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ և հիմա նրանք կենդանի կլինեին, իսկ Նիկոլը, լավագույն դեպքում, ԱԱԾ մեկուսարանում։
