ՀՀՇ–ի փնտրտուքները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ծառուկյան դաշինքը հայտարարել է, որ բաց է բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի համար, որոնց հետ ունեն ծրագրային և գաղափարական ընդհանրություններ: Սա հասկանալի մոտեցում է, երբ քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվողն ունի ռեսուրսներ և հավակնություններ: Իսկ այդ հավակնությունները հիմնականում ներկայանում են ավել քվեների տեսքով: Սա ևս հասկանալի է: Սակայն հասկանալի չէ այն հանգամանքը, երբ վաղուց քաղաքական դիակ համարվող ուժերը, փորձում են իրենց մասնաբաժինն ստանալ այդ ամենից: Մասնաբաժին, որը երբեք էլ չեն վաստակել: Եթե փոքրիկ պատմական էքսկուրս կատարենք, ապա կտեսնենք, որ 80–ականների վերջում ձևավորված և այնուհետ հաղթանակ վաստակած կուսակցությունից այսօր մնացել է ընդամենը անունը: Եթե խոսենք գործիչների մասին, ապա այստեղ ևս պետք է փաստել, որ նրանցից անգամ մեկն էլ չի մնացել և դա բնական է: Սա այն կառույցն էր, որը մասնակցեց ՀԱԿ–ի կազմաքանդման գործընթացին, այնուհետ սկսեց զբաղվել ընդդիմության դաշտը փոշիացնելով: Սակայն, իշխանությունն ըստ արժանվույն չգնահատեց այս կուսակցության մատուցած ծառայությունները: Իհարկե, դա բնական էր, քանի որ կուսակցության ոտքն ու վերմակը բնավ միմյանց չէին համապատասխանում: Կուսակցություն, որն այսօր չունի ռեսուրսներ, չունի հետևորդներ և չունի անգամ մեկ տոկոս ռեյտինգ, հայտ է ներկայացնում ներկայացված լինել խորհրդարանում: Ներեցեք, ռեյտինգի մեկ տոկոսը բավականին չափազանցված տեսակետ է: Այս կուսակցությունն անգամ զրոյի շեմը չի կարող հաղթահարել: Դրա համար պետք չեն հատուկ հարցախույզներ կամ սոցիոլոգիական հարցումներ, ընդամենը պետք է նայել վերջին փուլի գործընթացները: Սա այս մասով:
Կուսակցության գործիչներից Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշում է, թե համագործակցության համար հիմք է ծառայել նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Ծառուկյան դաշինքի հետ ունեն ծրագրային նմանություններ: Երկար փնտրելուց հետո, հայտնաբերվեց մի ծրագիր, որը վերաբերվում էր 2007 թվականին: Սակայն հիշենք, որ այն ժամանակ, ՀՀՇ–ն առաջադրվեց խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում և ինքնաբացարկի գնաց: Իհարկե, այն ժամանակ ճիշտ հաշվարկեցին իրենց քաղաքական ռեսուրսները: Բայց այլ էր այդ փուլի թիմը, որի մեծ մասն այժմ ներառված է ՀԱԿ–ում և այլ է թիմը, որը հանդես է գալիս հիմա: Կարելի է ասել, այդ փոքրիկ թիմը, որը գնալով փոքրանում է, չունի ծրագիր և չունի տեսլական: Անգամ 2007–ի դեպքում, դժվար էր ասել, թե դա ծրագիր էր, թե հռչակագիր: Ուստի այժմ, երբ այդ կուսակցությունից պնդում են ծրագրային մոտեցումներ, առնվազն ծիծաղելի է դառնում: Կուսակցությունը հանդես չի եկել որևէ տեսլականով կամ հստակ գործելաոճով: Այն ակտիվանում է միայն ընտրությունից ընտրություն, այն էլ, որևէ դաշինքի կազմում ներառվելու պայմանով: Անգամ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին, այս կուսակցության առաջնորդները չհամարձակվեցին որևէ հատվածում առաջադրվել` գոնե փորձելու համար իրենց հնարավորությունները: Սա իհարկե, չի կարող խոսել թիմի քաղաքական լրջության մասին: Այստեղ մնում է հստակ պարզաբանում մտցնել, թե Ծառուկյանի ինչի՞ն է պետք իրենից ոչինչ չներկայացնող քաղաքական ուժը: Արդյո՞ք արժե մանդատ նվիրաբերել մի ուժի, որը կես տոկոսի չափով անգամ չի կարողանալու օգնել:
