Արևմուտքը հասավ նրան, որ այսօր՝ մայիսի 9-ը, ոչ միայն ֆաշիզմի դեմ հաղթանակի օրն է, երբ մենք բոլորս, նույնիսկ Արևմուտքում ադեկվատ մարդիկ, պետք է ուրախանային և ուրախանան ֆաշիզմի պարտությամբ, այլ ստեղծվել է աշխարհաքաղաքական մի իրավիճակ, որ կասկածի տակ է դրվում՝ ֆաշիզմին հաղթելը լա՞վ, թե՞ վատ իրադարձություն էր, պե՞տք էր առհասարակ ֆաշիզմին հաղթելը, թե՞ ոչ։

Արևմուտքը կամաց-կամաց փորձում է փաստացի Հիտլերի և նրա դաշնակիցների հակամարդկային և մարդկությանը մեծագույն վնաս պատճառած գործընթացները լեգիտիմացնել։ Ավելին՝ այսօրվա արևմտյան առաջնորդներից շատերը ուզում են փաստացի Հիտլերի գործունեության շարունակողը դառնալ, և սա նշանակում է, որ բոլոր պետությունները, և առաջին հերթին՝ հետսովետական պետությունները, քանզի նրանք ռուս ժողովրդի հետ պայքարեցին և հիմնական, ամենամեծ զոհողությունների գնով մաքրեցին ֆաշիզմը երկիր մոլորակից, իրենք էլ են կանգնում ընտրության առջև։ Այդ թվում նաև մենք՝ հայերս, կանգնում ենք ընտրության առջև։

Մենք մեր պապերի գործի շարունակո՞ղն ենք և ֆաշիզմի դեմ պայքարո՞ղներ ենք, թե՞ այս անգամ մենք կանգնում ենք ֆաշիզմի կողքին և պայքարում փաստացի մեր պապերի հիշողության և մեր պապերի աշխատանքի դեմ։ Սա լուրջ ընտրություն է, և սա ոչ միայն գոյաբանական ընտրություն է, որովհետև սխալ ընտրության դեպքում կարող ես կորցնել պետությունդ և ժողովրդին դնել լինել-չլինելու վտանգի առջև, սա նաև բարոյական ընտրություն է, որովհետև այսօր, եթե որևէ պետություն կամ ժողովուրդ կանգնում է ֆաշիզմի կողքին, կանգնում է Արևմուտքի՝ ֆաշիզմը արդարացնելու գործընթացի կողքին, հավերժ իր ապագա սերունդների ճակատին դաջելու է ֆաշիզմին աջակցելու, մարդկության դեմ գործած մեծագույն մեղքերը փառաբանելու, գովաբանելու և արդարացնելու պատմական սխալ դիրքը։

Եվ բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր այս պահին ճիշտ ընտրություն կկատարեն և պատմության ճիշտ կողմում կլինեն, իրենց ապագա ժողովուրդներին և սերունդներին կթողնեն հնարավորություն՝ բարոյական, արդար և պատմական տրամաբանությամբ ապագա կերտելու։

Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Հաղթանակի օրվա առիթով և ուզում եմ խնդրել Աստծուն՝ իմ ժողովրդին և առհասարակ բոլոր ժողովուրդներին ու նրանց էլիտաներին տալ բանականություն, խելք, որպեսզի նրանք ճիշտ ընտրություն կատարեն և սեփական ժողովուրդներին ու պետություններին ամոթի խարանով չպատեն, սեփական պետություններին և ժողովուրդներին չկանգնեցնեն նոր ֆաշիզմի և հիտլերյան ֆաշիզմի արդարացման պատմական և բարոյական սխալ ճամբարում։
