Առաջիկա միջպետական հարաբերություններում միջազգային գործող շատ կազմակերպություններ, իրական ազդեցություն չեն կարողանալու ունենալ և աստիճանաբար դառնալու են «ավելորդ». Ա. Զաքարյան

Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հրամանագիր (հուշագիր) է ստորագրել, ըստ որի ԱՄՆ դուրս է գալիս 66 միջազգային կազմակերպություններից, այդ թվում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի հովանու ներքո գործող 31 կազնակերպություններից։ Թրամփի վարչակազմը դրանք համարում է «անարդյունավետ, անիմաստ և վնասակար»։ Համաձայն հրամանագրի՝ պետք է դադարեցվի նաև ԱՄՆ կողմից այդ կազմակերպություններին հատկացվող ֆինանսավորումը:
 
Կազմակերպությունների ամբողջական ցանկը հասանելի է Սպիտակ տան կայքում (whitehouse.gov)։ Այն ներառում է նաև Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը, ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի երեխաների նկատմամբ բռնության հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը, ՄԱԿ-ի ժողովրդավարության հիմնադրամը, ՄԱԿ-ի առևտրի և զարգացման համաժողովը, և այլն։
 
ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն այս հարցի վերաբերյալ հայտարարության մեջ ասել է.
որ Թրամփի վարչակազմն այն կազմակերպությունները, որոնց անդամակցությունը դադարեցվում է, համարել է «շռայլ, անարդյունավետ, վնասակար», «վատ կառավարվող» ինչպես նաև «ավելորդ» ԱՄՆ շահերի և ընդհանուր բարգավաճման համար։
 
Հարկ է նշել, որ նախագահ Թրամփը, այսօր իր Truth Social սոցցանցում գրել է նաև, որ 2027թ. ԱՄՆ ռազմական բյուջեն 1 տրիլիոնի փոխարեն պետք է կազմի 1,5 տրիլիոն դոլար: Ռազմական բյուջեների շարունակական ավելացումներով են զբաղված նաև ՌԴ-ն, ԵՄ առաջատար երկրները, Ճապոնիան, Չինաստանը, Թուրքիան, Պակիստանը և Հնդկաստանը:
 
Բազմիցս նշել ենք, որ մեր աչքի առջև փոխվում է աշխարհի կառավարման, համատեղ լուծումների որոնման, հավասարակշռումների, հակակշիռների ու առկա աշխարհակարգի կառուցվածքը: ԱՄՆ-ի, ՌԴ-ի, ՉԺՀ-ի ինչպես նաև մի շարք ռեգիոնալ ազդեցիկ երկրների պատկերացումները և տրադիցիոն արտաքին քաղաքականությունները վերանայվում և վերանայվելու են: Իսկ եվրոպական բազմամշակութային քաղաքականությունը՝ կարծես թե վերջնական ձախողման է գնում: Հետևաբար, առաջիկա միջպետական հարաբերություններում միջազգային գործող շատ կազմակերպություններ կամ միջազգային հանրությունը, դեռևս տևական ժամանակ, իրական ազդեցություն չեն կարողանալու ունենալ և աստիճանաբար դառնալու են «ավելորդ»:
 
Խելք, բանականություն, պատասխանատվություն, միասնականություն, ճկունություն և տոկունություն: Սա է այսօրվա հայ հասարակության և նրա քաղաքական համակարգի առջև դրված գլխավոր խնդիրը:
