Պատերազմին կարող էինք դիմակայել, եթե ողջ ազգը լիներ բռունցքված, սակայն Արցախը մասնատված էր, Հայաստանը՝ բաժան-բաժան եղած, նախկինների ու ներկաների մաշեցնող թեմաների պատանդ․ Աշոտ Ղուլյան

Արցախի խորհրդարանի նախկին նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել Արցախի 44-օրյա պատերազմի տարելիցի առթիվ։ Գրառման մեջ ասվում է․ 

«Անցած մեկ տարվա ընթացքում մենք 365 անգամ անիծել ենք պատերազմն ու այն սկսողներին, 730 անգամ աղոթել ենք մեր սուրբ նահատակների համար, օրը երեք անգամ վիճել ու հաշտվել ենք մեր ընկերների ու հարազատների հետ՝ պատերազմում կրած մեր պարտության, նրա պատճառների ու հետևանքների հարցերով:

Անցյալ տարվա աշնան պատերազմը մեզ վայել պատերազմ չէր, մենք պատրաստ չէինք այդպիսի պատերազմի, այդ պատերազմը մերը չէր: Մենք միայն մեկ, բացառապես մեկ դեպքում կարող էինք դիմակայել մեր դեմ ելած դավադիր թշնամուն, եթե ամբողջ ազգը բռնուցքվեր, հավաքեր իր բոլոր ուժերը՝ Արցախում, մայր Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում:

2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ի նախօրյակին լրիվ հակառակ պատկերն էր. Արցախը՝ մասնատված համապետական ընտրություններից հետո, Հայաստանը՝ բաժան-բաժան եղած, իշխանափոխությունից հետո սկիզբ առած նախկինների ու ներկաների մաշեցնող թեմաների պատանդ և այդ վիճակից օր-օրի հիասթափվող «անտարբերների» առանձին հատվածներով, և Սփյուռքը՝ երկատված՝ հայրենիքում տեղի ունեցածը հեղափոխություն, թե՞ հակահեղափոխություն որակելու թնջուկի պատճառով…

Ու երբ հարցնում են, թե կարելի էր, արդյո՞ք, խուսափել այսպիսի կործանարար պատերազմից, առաջինը, որ որպես պատասխան հնչում է ականջներիս մեջ, շատ ուսանելի բանաձև է. կարելի էր, եթե մեր կյանքում տեղ չգտներ վերը նկարագրվածը, եթե բարիկադներն ու բաժանարար գծերը կառուցեինք սահմանի վրա և ոչ թե Ստեփանակերտի ու Երևանի կենտրոններում:
