Ո՞ր ակտիվներում է ավելի շահավետ պահել կապիտալը ներկայիս ճգնաժամի ընթացքում

Դեռ դոլարը շարունակում է ցուցադրել կայունություն, սակայն երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում այն խոցելի է, քանի որ արժութային ակտիվներն ավելի լավ է դիվերսիֆիկացնել՝ ներգրավելով նաեւ չինական յուանը, որն առաջիկա տասնամյակում կարող է լրջորեն ամրապնդել դիրքերը: Այդ մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի նորարարական եւ ինստիտուցիոնալ հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար, տնտեսագետ Ատոմ Մարգարյանը:

«Չնայած ԱՄՆ Դաշնային պահուստային համակարգը շրջանառել է հավելյալ մի քանի տրիլիոն դոլար կանխիկով, սակայն որքան էլ պարադոքսալ չէ, այդ ֆոնին նահանգներում զգալի ինֆլյացիոն թռիչքներ չեն գրանցվել: Սակայն դա հանգեցրել է պետական արժեթղթերի շահութաբերության անկմանը: Չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկա վեց ամիսների ընթացքում կարող է գրանցվել դոլարի արժեզրկում»,-նշել է նա:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ամբողջ աշխարհում տարվում է պրոտեքցիոնիզմի քաղաքականություն, աճել են ռիսկերն ու անորոշությունը, իսկ դրա հետ մեկտեղ՝ դոլարի փոխարժեքի տատանումները:

«Դա վկայում է, որ առաջատար արժույթների նկատմամբ վստահությունը լրջորեն անկել է, ինչի հետեւանքով աճել են ոսկու գները: Ճգնաժամի պայմաններում որոշ երկրներ «միացնում են տպելու սարքը», մյուսները, ինչպես, օրինակ, Հայաստանը, որդեգրում են պետական պարտքը բարձրացնելու ուղին, եւ դա նույնպես հանգեցնում է աշխարհում ոսկու պահանջարկի աճին: Շատ երկրներ այդ պայմաններում ձգտում են մեծացնել ոսկու պաշարները, ինչը չի կարելի ասել Հայաստանի մասին՝ չնայած մենք համարվում ենք ոսկի արդյունահանող երկիր»,-ընդգծել է Մարգարյանը:

Փորձագետը պարզաբանել է, որ ոսկին հուսալի ակտիվ է ոչ միայն պետության, այլ նաեւ տնային տնտեսությունների համար:

«Մարդիկ դա գիտակցում են, ինչը նույնպես նպաստում է ոսկու գնաճին, եւ դրա նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունն առաջիկա ամիսներին կպահպանվի: Աշխարհում կա նաեւ որոշակի հետաքրքրություն անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ: Հայաստանի դեպքում իրավիճակը վատթարանում է անշարժ գույքի հարկի բարձրացմամբ, ինչը հանգեցնում է անշարժ գույքի գների անկմանը: Իշխանությունների հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականությունը՝ կապված ապօրինի ձեռքբերված գույքն առգրավելու հետ նույնպես կարող է հանգեցնել թանկարժեք անշարժ գույքի սեգմենտում գների անկման»,-եզրափակել է Մարգարյանը:
