Վերահաստատում եմ, որ Շուշիի վերջին օրերի փաստացի հրամանատարը Սեյրան Օհանյանն էր. Սերժ-Վարագ Սիսեռյան

ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Սերժ-Վարագ Սիսեռյանը, անդրադառնալով Սեյրան Օհանյանի 168.am-ին տված հարցազրույցին, «Ֆեյսբուքի» իր էջում գրել է. 

«Ամենայն հարգանքով Սեյրան Օհանյանի անցած ճանապարհի նկատմամբ՝ ստիպված եմ արձագանքել 168.am-ին տված նրա հարցազրույցին։  
1. Վերահաստատում եմ, որ Շուշիի վերջին օրերի փաստացի հրամանատարը Սեյրան Օհանյանն էր, որը փաստացի համակարգում էր տեղի պաշտպանությունը։ Դա կարող են վկայել բոլորը, ովքեր այդ ժամանակ գտնվել են Շուշիում կամ տեղյակ են ինքնապաշտպանության կազմակերպման մանրամասներին։  
2. Անշուշտ, Օհանյանի անձնական որոշումն էր գտնվել Շուշիում կամ դուրս գալ քաղաքից, ինչը այնքան հարցական չէր, որքան ստորաբաժանումներին այդ մասին չտեղեկացնելը։ Խնդիրը, հետևաբար այն է, որ նա քաղաքը լքեց առանց Շուշիում գտնվող ստորաբաժանումներին զգուշացնելու, ինչի արդյունքում՝ ստորաբաժանումների կապը հրամանատարության հետ շատ տարօրինակ ձևով կտրվեց։  
3. Իմ բերած ստորաբաժանումը Քարին տակի կամավորականների ստորաբաժանումն էր։ Սեյրան Օհանյանն այդ ստորաբաժանմանը հանձնարարեց բարձրանալ և զբաղեցնել դեպի Քարին տակ նայող դիրքերը՝ կանխելու համար հակառակորդի շարժը։ Ստորաբաժանման հետ դիրքեր եմ բարձրացել նաև ես: Հարց է ծագում՝ եթե նա չգիտեր, թե ի՞նչ ստորաբաժանում էր, ապա ինչո՞ւ նրանց վստահեց այդ դիրքերի պաշտպանությունը: Ավելին այդ ո՞ր լիազորության շրջանակում է նման բան հանձնարարել, ի՞նչ իրավունք ուներ։  
4. Ես Սեյրան Օհանյանի հետ երբեք չեմ հանդիպել։ Ընդամենը ունեցել ենք մի քանի րոպեանոց 1-2 հեռախոսազրույց։  
5. «Ինքը ո՞նց է հայտնվել Շուշիում» հարցին ի պատասխան` վստահ ասում եմ, որ Շուշիում հայտնվել եմ որպես կամավոր։ 
6. Պնդում եմ, որ իմ արտահայտած բոլոր մտքերը համապատասխանում են իրականությանը։ Ինքս պատրաստ եմ ներկայանալ ԱԺ Քննիչ հանձնաժողով ու վկայություն տալ, նաև` Սեյրան Օհանյանի ներկայությամբ»։
