Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի սահմանամերձ գյուղերի բնակիչները կողմ են հայ-թուրքական սահմանի բացմանը

Հայ-թուրքական սահմանին գտնվող Կարսի Աքյաքա շրջանի բնակիչները այսօր էլ հիշում են հեռավոր 1990-ականները, երբ Գյումրի-Կարս երկաթուղին դեռ գործում էր, իսկ հայերը առևտրի էին գալիս: Սահմանի բացմանն այստեղ կողմ են, կարծում են՝ իրենք էլ դրանից կշահեն։

«Գնացքը առավոտյան էր գալիս, հայ ընտանիքները իջնում էին, Կարսում, Աքյաքայում առևտուր էին անում ու գնում: Նույն կերպ էլ մենք էինք գնում-գալիս: Առևտրական տեսանկյունից շփումները շատ ակտիվ էին: Սակայն 1993 թվականին, երբ Հայաստանը օկուպացրեց ադրբեջանական հողերը, այս տարածաշրջանը ավտոմատ կերպով փակվեց», - ասաց բնակիչներից մեկը:

Աքյաքայի արհեստակցական միության նախագահը «Ֆրանսպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նկատել է՝ հայ-թուրքական սահմանի փակումից հետո տեղի բնակչության թիվը նվազել է. «Այս շրջանում 27 գյուղ ունենք, որոնց բնակչությունը շուրջ 17-18 հազար էր այն ժամանակ, հիմա մոտ 11 հազարի է կազմում, այսինքն մոտ 70-80 տոկոսով նվազել է: Պատճառն այն է, որ մենք կույր կետում ենք գտնվում, չկան ներդրումներ, հատման գծեր, մենք երկրի կույր մնացած միակ շրջանն ենք: Եթե կրկին սահմանային անցակետ ունենանք, շատ բնագավառներում նորից տնտեսական ակտիվություն կլինի»:

Հայաստանի հարևանությամբ ապրող թուրքական ավանում ուշադրությամբ հետևում են Երևանի ու Անկարայի նոր երկխոսությանը և հույս ունեն, որ հարաբերությունները կկարգավորվեն:

«Չնայած Հայաստանի հետ երկաթգիծ ու ճանապարհներ ունենք, բայց հարևան երկրի հետ առևտուր չենք կարողանում անել: Ղարաբաղի հարցի լուծումը մեզ հույս ներշնչեց: Ոգևորությամբ հետևում ենք մեր կառավարության ձեռնարկած քայլերին: Տա աստված, կարճ ժամանակում սահմանը բացվի», - նշեց մեկ այլ բնակիչ:

Մեկ ուրիշն էլ հավելեց. - «Ինչո՞ւ ոչ, իհարկե ուզում ենք, որ սահմանները բացվեն, առևտուր անենք: Նայեք եվրոպական երկրներին, ինչպես են առևտուր անում, իսկ Հայաստանը մեզ շատ մոտիկ է, մեկ ժամում կարող ենք Հայաստան հասնել, նրանք էլ կարող են մեզ մոտ գալ: Մեզ այդ մեկ ժամն է բաժանում: Կարող ենք հանգիստ առևտուր անել, առավոտ գնալ, երեկոյան գալ»:

Տեղական հեռուստաընկերություններից մեկի հիմնադիր Ալիջան Ալիբեյօղլուն էլ է այն կարծիքին, որ տեղի բնակչությունը կողմ է սահմանների բացմանը. «44-օրյա պատերազմից առաջ սահմանի բացմանը դեմ եղողների թիվը շատ մեծ էր, բայց Ղարաբաղյան հարցը լուծվեց և հիմա բոլորն էլ կողմ են արտահայտվում»:

1993 թվականից ի վեր փակ սահմանի բացմանը կողմ են նաև հայկական գյուղերում։ Սահմանամերձ Բայանդուրի բնակիչներն ևս հիշում են տարիները, երբ սահմանը բաց էր, երկաթուղին գործում էր, գնալ-գալ կար, առևտուր էին անում թուրք հարևանների հետ։

«Բացվի, մեզ շատ լավ կլինի: Առաջ բաց էր, ամեն ապրանքը գալիս էր Գյումրի, էժան ամեն ինչը», - նշեց բնակիչներից մեկը:

Երազգավորսցի Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանը համոզված է՝ հարևանի հետ հարևանություն պետք է անել, անկախ նրանից լավն է, թե վատը. «Բացվելը ձեռնտու է մեզ համար, ուշ թե շուտ թուրքերը մեր հարևաններն են, անկախ այն բանից լավ հարևաններ են, թե վատ հարևաններ են, բայց հարևանություն պետք է անենք, էլի»:

Չնայած 1991-ին Թուրքիան պաշտոնապես ճանաչել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, սակայն երկկողմ դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ այդպես էլ չեն ձևավորվել: Ղարաբաղյան առաջին պատերազմի տարիներից Թուրքիան փակել էր սահմանը՝ ի նշան Ադրբեջանի հետ համերաշխության։ Այսօր Մոսկվայում մեկնարկած հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման նոր գործընթացի նպատակն է բացել շուրջ 30 տարի փակ մնացած սահմանը:
