Թիվ 29/20 ընտրատեղամասում քաղաքացին քվեարկություն կատարելուց հետո փորձել է ընտրատեղամասից դուրս բերել քվեաթերթիկ. նա բերման է ենթարկվել. ՔԿ

2021թ. հունիսի 20-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի օպերլիազորը զեկուցագիր է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ թիվ 29/20 ընտրատեղամասում քաղաքացին քվեարկություն կատարելուց հետո փորձել է ընտրատեղամասից դուրս բերել քվեաթերթիկ, ինչը կանխվել է հանձնաժողովի նախագահի կողմից: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն:

Նույն օրը քաղաքացին բերման է ենթարկվել: Նա հայտարարել է, որ ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում նշված ընտրատեղամասում ընտրություն կատարելուց հետո քվեաթերթիկը վերցրել է իր հետ, որպեսզի ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությանը մասնակցող կուսակցություններից մեկի շտաբի ղեկավարի հորդորով այն փոխանցի վերջինիս:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին: Որոշումներ են կայացվել՝ շտաբի ղեկավարին և քաղաքացուն ձերբակալելու մասին. ժամեր անց վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելու կասկածանքով:

Բացի այդ, նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում քաղաքացին փաստաբանի ներկայությամբ հրաժարվել է բացատրություն տալ և ինքնակամ դուրս է եկել քննիչի աշխատասենյակից, անտեսել չհեռանալու և քննչական գործողություններին մասնակցելու՝ քննիչի հորդորներն ու հեռացել է վարչական շենքից:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա է քրեական գործ հարուցելու օրինական հիմք և առիթ՝ հարուցվել է ևս մեկ քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 332-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որի նախաքննությունը կատարվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում:

Կատարվել են անհետաձգելի բազմաթիվ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ:
