Նոր հայտարարություն Արցախից

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները հայտարարություն են տարածել Սումգայիթ քաղաքում իրականացված հայերի ջարդերի 33-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ: Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունների տարածած հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ այդ ջարդերը լիովին համապատասխանում են ՄԱԿ-ի 1948թ. «Ցեղասպանության հանցագործությունը կանխելու և պատժելու մասին» կոնվենցիայով սահմանված ցեղասպանության, մարդկության նկատմամբ կատարված հանցագործության իրավական ձևակերպմանը:

«Սումգայիթյան ջարդերը Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի օրվա իշխանության և նրանց հովանավորող ուժերի կողմից պետականորեն նախապես ծրագրված գործողություններ էին, որոնց թիրախում այդ քաղաքը կառուցած ազգությամբ հայ բնակիչներն էին: Այդ ամենին ուղեկցում էր անասելի դաժանությունն ու բռնությունը, թալանն ու կողոպուտը: Ազգային և կրոնական անհանդուրժողականության հողի վրա սկիզբ առած բռնարարքները համարժեք գնահատական չստացան Խորհրդային Միության քաղաքական ղեկավարության և միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցների կողմից, որի պատճառով ջարդերն ու բռնի տեղահանումները դարձան գործելաոճ Ադրբեջանի վարչախմբի համար, և հետագա ամիսներին նոր արհավիրքի զոհ դարձավ Բաքվի, Գանձակի, Կուրի ձախափնյակի բնակչությունը: Շուրջ կես միլիոն հայություն Ադրբեջանից բռնատեղահանվեց, իսկ Հյուսիսային Արցախի բնիկ հայությունը զրկվեց հայրենիքից:

Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ Սումգայիթյան եղեռնագործությունը Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների պատասխանն էր 1988թ փետրվարին արցախահայության՝ իր ազատության և ինքնորոշման համար սկսած պայքարին:

«ԼՂԻՄ խաղաղ բնակչությունը նույնպես հայտնվեց Ադրբեջանի լայնածավալ ագրեսիայի թիրախում: Այն առավել անմարդկայնորեն դրսևորվեց 2020թ աշնանը Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված նոր պատերազմի ժամանակ»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
