Դեռ 2016 թվականին էր Փաշինյանն իր գրառմամբ ակնարկում Արցախի հարցի այն հնարավոր լուծումներն ու կապիտուլյացիան, որն իրագործեց 2020-ին

Դեռ 2016 թվականին էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ակնարկում այն հնարավոր լուծումներն ու կապիտուլյացիան, որը տեղի ունեցավ 2020-ին՝ իր կառավարման օրոք։ 2016-ի գրառումը՝ ստորև.

«Համադրելով վերջին շրջանի փակ եւ բաց աղբյուրներից ստացված տեղեկատվությունը՝ կարելի է հետեւյալ վարկածը առաջ քաշել, թե ի՞նչ հեռահար սցենար կարող էր թաքնված լինել ապրիլի 2-ին Ադրբեջանի ձեռնարկած հարձակման տակ:

Իսկ վարկածը կարելի է նկարագրել հետեւյալ կետերով.

ա) Ադրբեջանական զորքը բլիցկրիգի արդյունքում պետք է խորանար ԼՂՀ տարածք:

բ) Հայկական կողմը խուճապահար պետք է օգնություն խնդրեր, բնականաբար, առաջին հերթին իր ռազմավարական դաշնակցից:

գ) Ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը պետք է դեսանտով խաղարար (չշփոթել խաղաղապահի հետ) ուժեր տեղակայեր տարածքում (ադրբեջանական հարձակման ուղղությունները կարող են հնարավորություն տալ ենթադրելու, որ սա պետք է տեղի ունենար այն ժամանակ, երբ Ադրբեջանը գրաված կլիներ Սարսանգի ջրամբարը, Քարվաճառը, Ֆիզուլին, Կովսականը, Սանասարավանը, Աղդամը):

դ) Կկնքվեր Հայաստանի համար հարկադիր-ստորացուցիչ կարգավորման համաձայնագիր, մի նոր Մոսկվայի, կամ Կարսի, կամ Բաթումի, կամ Ալեքսանդրապոլի պայմանագիր:

ե) Ադրբեջանը կդառնար ԵՏՄ անդամ եւ նշված պայմաններում Հայաստանը դրան դիմադրելու որեւէ ռեսուրս չէր ունենա:

- Եթե այս վարկածն իրական է, հայկական Զինված ուժերի սպաները, ժամկետային եւ պայմանագրային ծառայողներն իրենց կյանքի եւ հերոսության գնով անկումից փրկել են ոչ միայն Մարտակերտն ու Հադրութը կամ ԼՂՀ-ն, այլեւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, Հայոց պետականությունը:

- Եթե այս վարկածն իրական է, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն ամբողջական եւ խորքային վերագնահատման եւ վերանայման կարիք ունեն:

Ամեն դեպքում մեր ռազմավարական գործընկեր Ռուսաստանը կարիք ունի փարատելու հայ հանրության շրջանում առկա կասկածները: Ինքս պատրաստ եմ աջակցել Ռուսաստանին այդ կասկածները փարատելու գործում: Հույս ունեմ՝ դրանք գործնականում հնարավոր է փարատել:

Հ.Գ. Նշված սցենարին, իհարկե, դեմ չէր լինի Թուրքիան, ինչպես ժամանակին դեմ չեղավ, որ Ադրբեջանն ընդգրկվի ԽՍՀՄ կազմում: Նրա համար ավելի կարեւոր էր, որ Հայաստանը լինի ընդամենը մանրադրամ-պետություն, որին ցանկացած պահի հնարավոր կլինի մանրել աշխարհաքաղաքական առեւտրում: Ակնհայտ է նաեւ, որ այսպես կոչված հրադադարը հաստատվեց այն ժամանակ, երբ հայկական կողմը հակահարձակում էր նախապատրաստում, եւ Իլհամ Ալիեւը հրադադարի համար շտապեց շնորհակալություն հայտնել Ռուսաստանին: Հայկական կողմից հրադադարի կապակցությամբ որեւէ շնորհակալության խոսք չի հնչել:

Հ.Գ.2. ԱՄՆ-ն եւ ԵՄ-ն կարող են լինել գործարքի մասնակից եւ համահեղինակ: Այս պարագան, սակայն, պիտի նշանակի, որ գործ ունենք աշխարհաքաղաքական մեծ բարտերի հետ, որը ներառում է նաեւ Սիրիայի եւ Ուկրաինայի հարցերը:

Հ.Գ.3. Եթե այս վարկածն իրական է, այն կասեցվել, բայց չի չեղարկվել: Այս սցենարը հնարավոր է չեղարկել միայն 10 միլիոն հայի համատեղ ջանքով: Ուրիշ ոչ մի կերպ:
