General Director of Ucom Delivers a Lecture at Leadership School

Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom, delivered a lecture to the students of the Leadership School on the topic of effective communication.

During the session, he shared his insights and experiences with the participants of the 2024-2025 Leadership Development course. His lecture covered essential leadership skills, including active listening, non-verbal communication, clear expression of ideas, providing feedback and constructive criticism, accounting for cultural differences, and resolving conflicts.

"The most important thing any leader should do is foster a positive culture by setting an example. Every action you take should demonstrate respect for all colleagues, regardless of their position or background. It's crucial for a leader’s words to align with their actions, as clear and consistent communication helps avoid confusion," noted Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom.
