ՀԱՊԿ-ից անցել են ուղղակի սպառնալիքների

Հայաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը, ինչպես և ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության վերաբերյալ նախագծին հավանություն տալը, սպասելիորեն հարուցել է Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ մյուս դաշնակիցների զարմանքն ու զայրույթը։ Ռուսական դիվանագիտության արդյունքների ամփոփմանը նվիրված մամուլի ասուլիսում ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, անդրադառնալով ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության գործընթաց սկսելու Հայաստանի կառավարության վերջին որոշմանը, մեջբերել է ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի կարծիքն առ այն, որ միաժամանակ ԵԱՏՄ-ին և Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելն անհամատեղելի է, քանի որ տարբեր տնտեսական գոտիներ են։

«Անկասկած լեգիտիմ Հաայաստանի ղեկավարությունն ինքնիշխան իրավունք ունի որոշելու անդամակցության գործընթաց սկսել ցանկացած միջազգային միության հետ, որտեղ նրան սպասում են: Բայց նաև Հայաստանը պատասխանատվություն է կրում բոլոր դրական և բացասական կողմերը հաշվի առնելու համար», - ասել է Լավրովը: Խոսելով հայ-ամերիկյան ռազմավարական համագործակցության և փաստաթղթի մասին՝ նա ասել է, որ շատ կարևոր է, թե ինչ է ենթադրում փաստաթուղթը: Լավրովը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հրավիրվել է Ռուսաստան, նրա այցը կարող է կայանալ շուտով։

Համաձայնագրին անդրադարձել են նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ից։ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Իմանգալի Տասմագամբետովը՝ մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև ռազմավարական գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը, նշել է, թե Երևանի և Վաշինգտոնի գործընկերությունը չպետք է անվտանգության սպառնալիքներ ստեղծի այլ պետությունների համար։ Տասմագամբետովը միևնույն ժամանակ ընդգծել է Հայաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև ռազմավարական գործընկերության բնույթն ու հեռանկարները գնահատելու համար անհրաժեշտ է նախ ծանոթանալ համապատասխան փաստաթղթերին։ «Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Վաշինգտոնի հետ նման գործընկերության հաստատումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան իրավունքն է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման շրջանակներում, սակայն այս գործընկերությունը պետք է չստեղծի անվտանգության սպառնալիքներ այլ պետությունների և միջազգային ասոցիացիաների համար», - ասել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը:

Փաստացի, թե՛ Լավրովի, թե՛ Տասմագամբետովի շեշտադրումներում սպառնալիքների մասին ակնարկներ կան, իսկ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները, կարծես, խորապես թքած ունեն հնարավոր հետևանքների մասին, առաջ են շարժվում իրենց արևմտյան հովանավորների հրահանգներով՝ նոր աղետներ բերելով Հայաստանին։
