«Ռուսը չի գալու՝ Նիկոլ փոխի, ամերիկացին չի գալու՝ Նիկոլ փոխի». ի՞նչ է հնարավոր անել երկու ամսում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանյան քաղաքական գործիչներն իրենք էլ առանձնապես գոհ չեն նույն քաղաքական դաշտից: Օրինակ՝ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն ասում է, թե շատ քաղաքական գործիչներ «քաղաքական խոպանչիների տպավորություն են ստեղծում, գալիս, ասում են՝ մենք կուսակցություն ունենք, մեզ համար այս արեք, այն արեք»: Այս մասին նա հայտարարել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության արտահերթ համագումարին ուղղված իր խոսքում՝ հավելելով, որ չնայած ՀՀ-ում օրեցօր ավելանում է կուսակցությունների քանակը, բայց ներքին իրավիճակը բավական վատ է, իսկ ժո ղովր դի մեծ մա սը չի հետաքրքրվում իր ապագայով:

«Ես շատ մտահոգված եմ, ես չեմ հասկանում՝ մեր ժողովրդի հետ ինչ է կատարվում։ Քնել եք, ժողովո՛ւրդ, մենք պետք է պայքարենք»,-ասել է Կարապետյանն ու ի մասնավորի հավելել, թե հատկապես Արցախի հարցի հանդեպ հասարակության հանգստությունն իրեն զարմացնում է. «Իշխանություններն ինչ ուզում՝ ասում են, իսկ հասարակու թյու նը «հիպ ն ո սաց վ ա ծ մ կ ա ն նման» կանգնած ոչինչ չի անում»։ Համագումարի ժամանակ Կարապետյանը նաև հայտարարել է, որ իրենք անցնում են ակտիվ ժամանակաշրջան։ «Մենք մի բան պետք է հասկանանք՝ մեր փոխարեն ոչ ոք չի անելու, ռուսը չի գալու այդտեղ՝ Նիկոլ փոխի, ամերիկացին չի գալու՝ Նիկոլ փոխի։ Հասկացեք, մենք պետք է անենք, մենք պետք է թուրքի դեմն առնենք, մենք պետք է պաշտպանենք մեր ընտանիքները»,-ասել է գեներալը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է իշխանությունների դեմ պայքարին, ապա նա նշել է, որ իրենք չեն պայքարում կոնկրետ մարդու դեմ: «Մենք պայքարում ենք, որ ունե նանք մեր հայրենիքը ։ Մենք ունենք պատմություն, ունենք ապագա, չեմ ուզում մեծ-մեծ բաներ խոստանալ, բայց վստահեցնում եմ՝ եթե մեր կուսակցությունը լինի իշխանության, փոխելու ենք ամեն ինչ։ Անցնելու ենք նախագահական համակարգի, մշակելու ենք Հայաստանի քաղաքացու սոցիալական ծրագիր, որի մեջ նախատեսել ենք ֆիզիկական անձանց հարկերից ազատում, հայ քաղաքացու բժշկական ապա հ ո վագրու թյուն։ Եվ բյուջեն ուսումնասիրելով՝ մենք հասկացել ենք, որ դա կարող ենք անել։ Մենք հնարավորություն ունենք երկու ամսում մեր շուրջը փոխել ամբողջ իրադրությունը, և անելու ենք դա»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը։
