Ինչի՞ հաշվին է միջին ամսական աշխատավարձի ցուցանիշով առաջատարը Սյունիքի մարզը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանում միշտ արդիական է եղել տարածքային համաչափ զարգացման խնդիրը, քանի որ գրեթե ամեն ինչ կենտրոնացած է Երևանում: Ըստ այդմ, չափազանց կարևոր է մարզերի զարգացման հարցը: Խոսքը վերաբերում է թե՛ տարբեր ենթակառուցվածքներին, թե՛ տնտեսության այլ ճյուղերին, թե՛ հատկապես սոցիալական վիճակին: Այս առումով հետաքրքիր պատկեր է տալիս միջին ամսական աշխատավարձի չափը Երևանում և հանրապետության մարզերում:
 
Պարզվում է՝ ամենացածր աշխատավարձը Գեղարքունիքի մարզում է, սորտեղ միջին աշխատավարձը մոտ 141 հազար դրամ է: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ մայրաքաղաքում այդ ցուցանիշը կրկնակիից ավելի է՝ մոտ 310 հազար դրամ: Ցուցակի ներքևի հատվածում են նաև Արագածոտնի և Լոռու մարզերը՝ համապատասխանաբար մոտ 155 հազար և մոտ 158 հազար դրամ միջին ամսական աշխատավարձով: 200 հազար դրամի շեմը «հաղթահարել» են Տավուշի և Արարատի մարզերը: Իսկ ահա ամբողջ հանրապետությունում կրկին ամենաբարձր աշխատավարձը Սյունիքի մարզում է: Այստեղ միջին ամսական աշատավարձը մոտ 40 հազար դրամով ավելի է, քան Երևանում, և կազմում է մոտ 350 հազար դրամ:
 
Ըստ տնտեսագետների և այլ փորձագետների գնահատականների, առաջին ու հիմնական պատճառն այն է, որ հենց Սյունիքում է գործում Հայաստանի թիվ 1 խոշոր հարկ վճարողը՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը։ Պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ կոմբինատը շուրջ 5000 աշխատող ունի, և հենց այս ընկերությունն է ապահովում շրջանում բնակվող քաղաքացիների զբաղվածությունը։ Եթե սրան գումարում ենք, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն նաև բազմաթիվ սոցիալական հարցեր է լուծում Սյունիքում, ապա պատկերն առավել ամբողջական է դառնում:
