«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս օրերին ակտիվ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ քպական Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը դժգոհ է իրենց պատգամավորներից: Իսկ դժգոհության իմաստն այն է, որ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի հրավիրած խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ քպականները շատ քիչ էին, եղածներն էլ ակտիվ չեն եղել ու, ինչպես հարկն է, ուժայինների «պորտը տեղը չեն դրել»: Այնինչ, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին ու իր «խմբակին» անհրաժեշտ է այս բլոկն ամբողջությամբ իր ազդեցության տակ պահել և այդ ճանապարհին մաքսիմալ նեղը գցել առայժմ գոնե ԱԱԾ տնօրենին, ՆԳ նախարարին, Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահին: Մամուլում նույնիսկ գրվեց, թե քպականների պահվածքից վրդովված Քոչարյանը, պատմում են, այնպես է գոռգոռացել, որ անգամ միջանցքներում է լսելի եղել:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի նեղվածությունն ու զայրույթը միայն քպական պատգամավորների հետ չի կապված: Խորհրդարանական մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ նա առանձնահատուկ զայրացած է հասարակական սեկտորի մերձիշխանական ներկայացուցիչների ու իշխանությունների հետ աշխատող փորձագիտական շրջանակների վրա: Բանն այն է, որ նրանց խնդիրն է եղել լսումների ժամանակ ուժայիններին կոշտ հարցեր տալ, նեղը գցել, իսկ, ընդհանրապես, ամենօրյա ռեժիմով տեսակետներ արտահայտել, հարցազրույցներ տալ, որպեսզի հանրային ավելի մեծ բացասական դաշտ ստեղծվի ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարների հանդեպ, ձևավորվի հանրային լայն դժգոհության ֆոն: Այնինչ, նշյալների մեծ մասն այդպես էլ չի մասնակցել լսումներին, իսկ մասնակիցները, ինչպես քպականները, բավականին «համեստ» են եղել:

Գումարած՝ մեղմ ասած, ակտիվ չեն «ընթացիկ սևացման» պրոցեսներում: Արդյունքում լսումները այդ տեսանկյունից փաստացի տապալման եզրին են եղել, և օգնության է հասել Հովիկ Աղազարյանը՝ ՔԿ ղեկավար Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի հետ իր հայտնի կոնֆլիկտով: Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, մեր քպական աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, մտահոգված է, որ կուսակցության ներսում որոշակի թևեր իր դեմ են աշխատում, իր պլանները կարող են ձախողվել, և իր միակ «հաջողությունը» կարող է մնալ արդարադատության նախարարի հրաժարականը:
