«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդի շնորհավորական ուղերձը Երևան քաղաքի օրվա առթիվ

Եղբայրնե՛ր և քույրե՛ր, սիրելի՛ հայեր,

Շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ «Էրեբունի — Երևան» տոնի առթիվ, որն այդպես է կոչվում Պարույր Սևակի բանաստեղծության լույս ընծայումից հետո, որը հետագայում Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանի երաժշտության շնորհիվ դարձավ Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաքի հիմնը:

Երևան քաղաքն աշխարհի հնագույն քաղաքներից մեկն է, որը հիմնադրվել է մ.թ. ա. 782 թվականին և այսօր նշում է իր ծննդյան օրը: Այս օրն իրավամբ նշվում է որպես համահայկական տոն, որն ամրագրված է «տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 18-րդ հոդվածով:

Երևանը բոլոր ժամանակներում, անգամ պետականության կորստի դառը ժամանակաշրջանում, եղել է հայ ժողովրդի ազատության խորհրդանիշն ու հենարանը: Գոյության երկար տարիների ընթացքում այստեղ ապրած մեր մեծերը հակահարված են տվել մոնղոլական հորդաներին, թյուրքական սուլթաններին, արաբական խալիֆաներին, սելջուկյան էմիրներին և պարսկական շեյխերին ։ Քաղաքը վերապրել է հարյուրավոր ավերիչ երկրաշարժներ և ամեն անգամ նորից վերածնվել է:

Ամբողջ պատմության ընթացքում Երևանը եղել է հայկական աշխարհի գրավչության կետը։ Ռազմավարական առումով  շահեկան աշխարհագրական դիրքի հետևանքով այն մշտապես հայտնվել է համաշխարհային քաղաքականության և դիվանագիտության էպիկենտրոնում, տարածաշրջանային խաղացողների շահերի բախման կիզակետում։ Այստեղ ծնվել և ստեղծագործել են բազմաթիվ հայտնի իմաստուններ, գիտնականներ և ճարտարագետներ, պատմաբաններ, երաժիշտներ և բանաստեղծներ, որոնց անունները փառաբանել են հայ ժողովրդին:

Մենք հպարտանում ենք մեր մայրաքաղաքով, բայց այսօր, իշխող վարչախմբի ոչ կոմպետենտության պատճառով այս գեղեցիկ քաղաքը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բազմաչարչար հայ ժողովրդի հետ միասին բախվել է նոր մարտահրավերների և սպառնալիքների: Դուք հասկանում եք, որ Երևանի պատմությունը հայ ժողովրդի հայելին է։ Պետական ​​դավաճանությանը հավասարազոր իշխանությունների անսկզբունքայնությունն ու կամքի բացակայությունը մեր երկիրը կրկին կանգնեցրել են պետականության և ինքնիշխանության կորստի եզրին։ Մենք լավ գիտենք մեր պատմությունը և հասկանում ենք, որ հենց նրանց նման կառավարիչներն են դարձել հայերի հսկայական տառապանքների պատճառը։

Այս լուսավոր օրը ես խոսում եմ դրա մասին, որովհետև առաջին հերթին Ես ծնվել եմ Երևանում և երևանցի եմ, մեր համախմբվածությունից ու հայրենասիրությունից, մեր հայրենիքի հանդեպ սիրուց է կախված ողջ Հայաստանի և հայության ապագան: Հենց մենք ՝ երևանցիներս, որպես մեր մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչներ, պետք է կազմենք հայրենիքի պահպանման և վերածննդի համահայկական շարժման հիմքը ։

Վստահ եմ, որ մեր ազատատենչ ժողովուրդը, ինչպես մեր նախնիները, կհաղթահարի բոլոր դժվարություններն ու դժբախտությունները, կպահպանի պետականությունն ու Հայ մեծ ազգը և կվերականգնի պատմական արդարությունը: «Ճակատամարտում ընկած ազգերը նորից բարձրանում են, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր հանձնվում են, անհետանում են»:
