Կրակոցներ՝ Արարատի մարզում. կա վիրավոր

Երեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Արարատի մարզում:

Ժամը 19:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Սուրենավանում կրակոցներ են հնչել և կա վիրավոր:

Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով, մինչ գյուղ կժամաներ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Մամիկոն Հակոբյանի և ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի պետ Ֆիլիպպ Ստեփանյանի գլխավորությամբ, «Արարատ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ժամը 20:00-ին ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ «ձախ սրունքի հրազենային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:

Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ վիրավորը Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Արտակ Զ.-ն է:

Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորի կյանքի համար, ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի ծառայողները օպերատիվ տվյալներով պարզել են, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, Սուրենավան գյուղի Երևանյան խճուղի 14 հասցեում գտնվող, հասարակական վայր հանդիսացող գազալցակայանում Արտակ Զ.-ն և Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Արման Պ.-ն, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, վիճել են Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Արթուր Զ.-ի հետ՝ միմյանց հասցեին հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ, իսկ այդ ընթացքում Արթուր Զ.-ն իր մոտ պահվող ատրճանակով կրակոցներ է արձակել, ինչի հետևանքով Արտակ Զ.-ն ստացել է հրազենային վնասվածք:  

Դեպքի փաստով Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքներն ամբողջական պարզելու, Արթուր Զ.-ին և հանցագործության գործիք ատրճանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են կռվի մասնակիցներից Արման Պ.-ին, ով կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել, ապա տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին, որտեղից նրան ներկայացրել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժին:Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին, որ Արթուր Զ.-ն Սուրենավանի նախկին գյուղապետ Կարապետ Զեյնալյանի ապօրինի որդին է, իսկ դեպքի վայրում էլ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հայտնաբերել են արնանման հետքեր:
