Հետևելով թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի առաջնորդությանը, Հայաստանի իշխանությունը սառեցնում է համագործակցությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ շահութաբեր ատոմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն օրերս հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առարկայական քննարկումների փուլում է նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման հարցով։ «Մտել ենք շատ առարկայական փուլ, այսինքն, մենք հիմա Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ քննարկում ենք իրավապայմանագրային դաշտը կարգավորելու, այսինքն, առանց այդ իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի մենք չենք կարող առաջ ընթանալ: Այս պահին կարող եմ ասել, որ գնդակը Միացյալ Նահանգների դաշտում է: Ակնկալում ենք, որ ԱՄՆ-ի ներհամակարգային պրոցեդուրաներն անցնեն, այնուհետև մենք սկսենք աշխատել», - նշել է Գրիգորյանը։

Մեծամորի ատոմակայանի գործող էներգաբլոկի շահագործման երկարաձգված ժամկետի ավարտին 12 տարի է մնացել։ Վերջին երկու տարիներին սրվել են խոսակցությունները նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման վերաբերյալ, ընդ որում, գործող իշխանությունները բազմիցս հայտարարել են, թե ավելի նախընտրելի են համարում շարժական ատոմակայանները, և բանակցություններ են վարում Արևմուտքի հետ։

ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչները նշել են, որ նոր էերգաբլոկի հարցը դիտարկում են որպես Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից կտրելու, ՀՀ էներգետիկ կախվածությունը փոխարինելու միջոց։ Փաշինյանն էլ մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել է, թե նախընտրում է շարժական ատոմակայան արևմտյան ուղղվածությամբ։

Թեև ռուսական «Ռոսատոմ» ընկերության տնօրենն անցած տարի Սոչիում Փաշինյանին ասել է, որ պատրաստ են նույնիսկ շարժական ատոմակայան կառուցել Հայաստանում, գործող իշխանությունները հարցը դիտարկում են որպես քաղաքական և փորձում են այս դրվագով էլ ցուցադրել իրենց հակառուսականությունը։ Արդյունքում, անցած ամիս «Ռոսատոմի» փոխտնօրենի շուրթերով նշեցին, թե Երևանը պետք է, ի վերջո, կողմնորոշվի, թե ինչ է ուզում։ Իսկ ուզում է, ըստ ամենայնի, շարժական ատոմակայանի հարավկորեական անալոգը։ Այդպես թե՛ հնարավոր է հաճոյանալ ԱՄՆ-ին, թե՚ Ռուսաստանին համոզել՝ իբր արևմտյան երկրներից չեն կատարում գնումը։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն ավելի վաղ նշել էր, թե հետևելով թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի առաջնորդությանը, Հայաստանի իշխանությունը սառեցնում է համագործակցությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ շահութաբեր ատոմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում։ Բացի այդ, ոչ հրապարակային բանակցություններ են ընթանում Հայաստանի տարածքում ռադիոակտիվ թափոնների թաղման հնարավորության շուրջ։ Սա տնտեսական հանցագործություն է:

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշել էր, թե շարժումը բոլոր ջանքերն է գործադրելու, որպեսզի մինչև 2027 թվականը վերականգնի Հայաստանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը, ուսումնասիրի «Ռոսատոմ»-ի առաջարկները Մեծամորի ԱԷԿ-ի երրորդ էներգաբլոկի կամ փոքր ատոմակայանների ցանցի կառուցման վերաբերյալ և ավելացնի դրանց մասնաբաժինը մինչև 50 %։
