Կառավարություն հո չէ, «ցնցող նվաճումների» էպիկենտրոն է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչո՞վ է, առհասարակ, զբաղված Հայաստանի կառավարությունը կամ, եթե կուզեք, անձանց այն խումբը, որը համարվում է այդպիսին: Ի՞նչ են նրանք այնտեղ առհասարակ քննարկում: Երբ գործի բերումով կամ թեկուզ պարզապես հետևում ես կառավարության նիստերին, կարող է բացարձակ խաբուսիկ տպավորություն ստեղծվել, թե դա մի ինչ-որ հեքիաթային, բացարձակապես ոչ մի խնդիր ու սպառնալիք չունեցող երկրի կառավարության նիստ է: Կարող է թվալ, թե, օրինակ՝ Շվեյցարիայի կառավարությունն է դա, կամ՝ լավ, ենթադրենք, Նոր Զելանդիայի: Խնդրեմ, կառավարության վերջին նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ամենայն լրջությամբ, խոսում էր այն մասին, որ իր կառավարությունը, վերջապե՜ս, 5 տարի անդադար տքնելուց հետո կարողացել է իր համար պարզել, թե ինչն է թթվասեր համարվում, իսկ ինչը՝ ոչ:

Ցնցո՛ղ նվաճում է, ոչինչ չես ասի: Հասկանո՞ւմ եք, փաստորեն թշնամին Հայաստանից ահռելի տարածքներ չի զավթել, թշնամին Հայաստանին ոչ մի բանով ոչ մի կողմից չի սպառնում, հասարակությունը ծանր ու խուլ դիմադրության մեջ չէ, աղքատությունը սրընթաց աճ չի գրանցում... Մնացել էր միայն թթվասերի հարցը պարզել, դա էլ հերոսաբար արեցին: Դրանից հետո երևի կմնա պարզել, թե ինչ է, օրինակ՝ բիզը կամ, ասենք, մուրճը: Ինչևէ: Չնայած նիստերը հեռարձակվում են, չնայած նիստի օրակարգն ու որոշումները էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով կարելի է (եթե այդքան «գլուխ դնեք»), ի վերջո, գտնել կառավարական կայքերում, չափազանց դժվար է ասել, թե նրանք ինչով են այնտեղ զբաղված՝ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Իսկապես դժվար է, քանի որ կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում ներառված հարցերի առնվազն 90 տոկոսը կա՛մ չզեկուցվող է, կա՛մ գաղտնի: Ու պատկերը հիմնականում այդպիսին է այն բանից հետո, ինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է իշխանության ղեկին: Նա էլ իր «ճաշակով» ընտրում է որևէ թեմա, որի շուրջ կարող է ժամերով խոսել, ու գնա՜ց... Կարևորը՝ իր համար խոսելիք լինի՝ հատկապես «ասֆալտի» կարգի թեմաների շուրջ: «Լապշա»՝ մի խոսքով...
