«Ով դեմ է Հայաստանում ընդերքի շահագործմանը, ուզում է մեր պետությանը լրջագույն վնաս տալ» ԳԱԱ երկրաբանության ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցիչ (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Երկրաբանության ինստիտուտի տնօրենի խորհրդական Սարգիս Շահազիզյանը համարում է, որ հանքարդյունաբերության մասին թյուր տեղեկություններ տարածող անձինք նպատակային վնաս են հասցնում ՀՀ տնտեսությանը։

Անցյալ շաբաթ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ էին այցելել ԵՊՀ, Հայաստանի Պոլիտեխնիկական ինստիտուտի և Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի մասնագիտական ինստիտուտների պրոֆեսորներ, ոլորտի գիտնականներ, մասնակցելու ոլորտի խնդիրների, մասնավորապես պղինձը՝ որպես կրիտիկական մետաղ թեմայով աշխատաժողովին։

Մասնագիտական քննարկումներից բացի, ոլորտի գիտնականները հարցազրույցներում խոսել են այն մասին, որ, ցավոք, Հայաստանում հանքարդյունաբերության մասին տասնամյակներ շարունակ անհեթեթ բաներ են խոսել «բնապահպան» ներկայացող մարդիկ, ովքեր իրականում ոլորտի մասին պատկերացում չունեն։

«Այն «վայ բնապահպանները», որոնք ժամանակին ասել եմ, որ ադրբեջանական փողերով են սնվում, Երևանում կանաչ խոտածածկի վրա կանգնած (խոտածածկ պահել-խնամելը շատ բարդ գործընթաց է քաղաքային պայմաններում) խոսում են բնապահպանությունից և լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերությունից, որից ոչինչ չեն հասկանում։ Նրանք չեն հասկանում, որ կարելի է այնպիսի հարցադրումներ անել, որ համ խելացի հարցադրում լինի, համ էլ ինչ-որ օգուտ տան տվյալ ձեռնարկությանը»,-աշխատաժողովից հետո հանքի տարածք կատարած շրջայցի ընթացքում նշել է Սարգիս Շահազիզյանը։

Աշխատաժողովի մասնակից պարոն Շահազիզյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ այն մարդիկ, որոնք առանց տեղյակ լինելու խոսում են ոլորտի մասին, սկզբում թող գան տեսնեն և խոսեն իրական թերությունների մասին։ «Լինելով շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության հարցերով զբաղվող մարդ, ասեմ, որ պետք է լինի և կայուն զարգացած լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերություն, և դրա կողքն էլ լինի շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության ամենալուրջ ուշադրությունը դարձնելու գործընթաց։ Բայց ով չի ուզում, որ մեր ընդերքը շահագործենք, ուզում է մեր պետությանը լրջագույն վնաս տալ»,-ասել է Սարգիս Շահազիզյանը։

Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի Լեռնամետալուրգիայի և քիմիական տեխնոլոգիաների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի կարծիքով՝ հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտի վերաբերյալ մեր հանրությունը պետք է լսի մասնագիտական կարծիքներ։

«Այսօր տարբեր տեղերից լսվում են անտրամաբանական և անհեթեթ կարծիքներ՝ առանց մասնագիտական հենքի։ Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերությունն իր մուլտիպլիկատիվ ազդեցությամբ ձևավորում է երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 10-ից ավելի տոկոսը՝ իր հարակից ոլորտների հետ միասին աշխատանքով ապահովելով 60 հազար հոգու։ Միայն այդ թվերը մեզ թույլ են տալիս ասել, որ սա շատ կարևոր ոլորտ է»,-ասել է նա՝ չբացառելով, որ կեղծ տեղեկատվություն տարածող մարդիկ ֆինանսավորվում են տարբեր տեղերից՝ նպատակ ունենալով թույլ չտալու ՀՀ-ում հանքարդյունաբերության զարգացումը։

Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցություն չի լինում միայն այն վայրերում, որտեղ ոչ մի գործունեություն չի ծավալվում։ «Երևանում շինարարությունն այնքան չափերի է հասել, որ փոշու պարունակությունը կգերազանցի ՀՀ ցանկացած վայրի ցուցանիշները։ Բայց ամենակարևորը զարգացումն է։ Այսօր ԶՊՄԿ-ն կայուն զարգացման գծով հսկայական գործունեություն է ծավալում, ինչը նպաստում է շրջական միջավայրի վրա բացասական ազդեցության զգալի նվազմանը»,-շեշտել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
