Սահմանազատումը սկսել քաղաքական վերնախավից. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, որ «սահմանազատումը Տավուշից սկսելու վերաբերյալ որոշում դեռ չկա»։ Այս հայտարարությունն ակնհայտորեն արվել է « ոտքի վրա»՝ ներքին պայթյունավտանգության պոտենցիալը տեսնելուց հետո։ Սրանից հետո ծագում է մեկ էական հարց. եթե նման որոշում չկա, ապա ինչո՞ւ իր ղեկավարը՝ ՀՀ վարչապետը շտապեց ի լուր աշխարհի հայտարարել, որ 4 գյուղերն Ադրբեջանինն են։ Ինչո՞ւ մինչև սահմազատման աշխատանքները սկսելը Հայաստանի վարչապետը արեց նման բան՝ քանդելով Հայաստանի բանակցային դիրքերը՝ Ալիևին տալով հետագա քայլերի «լեգիտիմ» հիմք։ Ի՞նչ էր սա։ Այս իրավիճակը որևէ մեկի հրաժարականի առիթ չէ՞։
Ամսի 5-ը գալիս է
Մինչ այդ հայ ժողովուրդը ահռելի անիմաստ սպասումների մեջ է՝ ամսի 5-ի հանդիպումից։ Ճնշող մեծամասնությունը տեղյակ էլ չէ՝ ինչ հանդիպում է, ովքեր են մասնակիցները, բայց ինչպես մեր պատմության մեջ հաճախ է պատահում, իռացիոնալ սպասումները հաղթում են բանականությանը։
Վերջին շաբաթվա ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի և ԱՄՆ պետդեպի հայտարարությունները փաստում են, որ Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես հայտնվել է Արևմուտք-Ռուսաստան բախման կենտրոնում։ Մեր փոքր, սիրուն 29800-ը այս իշխանությունը դարձրեց աշխարհի ուժեղների պոլիգոն։ Հայ ժողովուրդը սա չի հասկանում, բայց հետևանքները, ամենայն հավանականությամբ կտեսնի ու կզգա։
Ամսի 5-ին հայ ժողովրդին կառաջարկվի արևմտյան կոնֆետ՝ Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի հանդեպ «սառնության» դիմաց։ Այդ կոնֆետն այդպես էլ մնալու է օդում՝ փողի և այլ բարիքների խոստման տեսքով։ Իսկ կորուստները ցավոք, կարող են լինել շատ առարկայական։
Բլինքենը հանդիպումից առաջ զանգում է Ալիևին, հանգստացնում, որ «քննարկվելու են բացառապես տնտեսական հարցեր», իսկ սրտատրոփ ամսի 5-ին սպասող հասարակությունն արդեն ի վիճակի չէ ընկալելու, որ սննդի ու փողի ակնկալիքի դիմաց կարող է վճարել հայրենիքի հատվածներով ու նորանոր զոհերով։
Կյանքը ամսի 5-ից հետո
Իռացիոնալ սպասումներին մշտապես զոհ գնացող հասարակությունից պետական մտածողությամբ հասարակություն մենք կստանանք միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ ձևավորվի պետական մտածողությամբ վերնախավ։ Հետպատերազմյան էլիտաները պետք է առաջին հերթին ունենան ներքին կարմիր գծեր՝ անհատական և թիմային «չիկարելիների» համակարգ, լինեն միավորներ և ոչ թե՝ անհատների շուրջ շքախմբեր։ Ողբերգությունը որոշակիորեն արագացրեց ընթացքը, և արդեն ձևավորվել է լուրջ-սկզբունքային անհատների մեծ անվանացանկ։ Հաջորդ քայլն արդեն նոր ասելիքով միավորների ձևավորումն է և այդ միավորների՝ իրար հետ աշխատելու նոր մշակույթը։ Նոր, գրագետ իշխանությունը, որում տեղ կունենան բոլոր ունակ մարդիկ, այնքան արագ կփոխի մթնոլորտը երկրի ներսում, որ արտաքին ռիսկերից շատերը պարզապես կդառնան անհնար։
