«Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեմ քարոզչություն է իրականացվում». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

mk.ru-ն «Երևանի՝ Մոսկվայից բաժանվելու նրբությունները. «Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեմ քարոզչություն է իրականացվում»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները նկատելիորեն վատթարացել են: Ու թեև պաշտոնական մակարդակով երկու երկրներն էլ վստահեցնում են, որ սուր խնդիրներ ու հակասություններ չկան, բայց ոչ պաշտոնական մակարդակով Երևանը հրաժարվում է Մոսկվայի հետ նույն հարթակներում հայտնվելուց։ Փորձագետները mk.ru-ին պատմել են, թե ինչի են փորձում հասնել Հայաստանի իշխանությունները նման գործողություններով, և արդյո՞ք այդ երկիրը կարող է վերջնականապես երես թեքել Մոսկվայից։

Սերգեյ Մարկով, քաղաքագետ. - Հայաստանի իշխանությունները երկար ժամանակ հույս ունեին, որ Ռուսաստանը կօգնի լուծել Ղարաբաղի հարցը։ Նրանք սպասում էին, որ ռուս զինվորները կգնան իրենց համար կռվելու։ Բայց երբ 2020 թվականին սկսվեցին մարտերը, Մոսկվան չեզոք դիրք գրավեց։ Արդյունքը եղավ հայկական բանակի պարտությունը 44-օրյա պատերազմում։ Դրանից հետո Երևանը հրաժարվեց մարտավարությունից, բայց ոչ ռազմավարությունից։ Ինչ-որ մեկը պետք է օգներ նրանց՝ լուծել իրենց խնդիրները։ Քանի որ Ռուսաստանը դա չարեց, նրանք հայացքն ուղղեցին Ֆրանսիա և ԱՄՆ, քանի որ այնտեղ հայկական սփյուռքը բավականին ուժեղ է, իսկ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը հստակ հայամետ դիրք է գրավում։

Սակայն դեպի այդ երկու երկիր շրջվելու ճանապարհին կա մեկ մեծ խոչընդոտ. Հայաստանի բնակչությունը հիմնականում ռուսամետ է։ Փաշինյանին պետք է գոնե չեզոքացնել դա, և այդ նպատակով նա փորձում է սադրել Մոսկվային, որ հասնի Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների կոշտ արձագանքներին։ Արժե ասել, որ Ռուսաստանում հաշվարկել են այդ ռազմավարությունը և հնարավորինս մեղմ ու նուրբ են գործում Երևանի նկատմամբ։ Յուրաքանչյուր բոյկոտի արձագանքում են՝ ասելով, որ իրենք «հասկանում են նրանց դիրքորոշումը»։ Այսինքն, հիմա Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեմ քարոզչություն է տարվում։ Իսկ երբ սոցիոլոգիապես չեզոք վերաբերմունք լինի, նրանք կարող են շրջվել դեպի Ֆրանսիա և ԱՄՆ։

ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի հետխորհրդային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ավագ գիտաշխատող, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու Ստանիսլավ Պրիտչին. - Սա Ռուսաստանի հետ փոխգործակցության ակտիվության աստիճանական նվազման և արևմտյան երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների ակտիվացման միտում է, որը վերջերս արձանագրել են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները։ Ինձ թվում է, որ դա Հայաստանի արևմտյան գործընկերների պայմաններից մեկն է, որոնք փորձում են Փաշինյանի՝ Ղարաբաղյան մարտի դաշտում և բանակցային գործընթացում պարտության պատասխանատվությունը Ռուսաստանի վրա փոխադրելու նրա ցանկությունը առավելագույնս օգտագործել։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն իրենք դեռևս որևէ կտրուկ քայլ չեն ձեռնարկել ՀԱՊԿ-ին կամ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցությունը դադարեցնելու հարցում։ Նրանք հասկանում են, որ նման քայլերը հղի են Հայաստանի համար շատ լուրջ սոցիալտնտեսական վտանգներով։ Ավելին, Ռուսաստանը հանդիսանում է առանցքային առևտրային գործընկերը, ներդրողը և երկրի հիմնական ենթակառուցվածքային ձեռնարկությունների բաժնետերը: Բայց կա միտում, և Հայաստանը կարող է վերջնականապես որոշել՝ դուրս գալ մեր երկրների միջև ներկայումս գոյություն ունեցող դաշնակցային հարաբերություններից։ Արդյունքում, կարծում եմ, որ վաղ թե ուշ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարությունը կսկսի փոխադարձ քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ հասկանալով, որ սկզբունքորեն կորցնելու ոչինչ չկա։
