Timken-ի առանցքակալներ և կրիչներ արևային կայաններում

Podshipnik.ru-ն գրում է, որ Timken Bearing Corporation ընկերությունը մատակարարում է Cone Drive շարքի առանցքակալներ Ֆոտովոլտային վահանակների պտտման համակարգերի համար, որոնք արտադրվում են ATEC ընկերության կողմից աշխարհի մի շարք երկրներում արևային էլեկտրակայաններում օգտագործելու համար:

Հանրահայտ առանցքակալ արտադրող Timken-ը գնել է Cone Drive-ը 2018-ին, որը բարձր ճշգրտությամբ այնպիսի կրիչներ է արտադրում, որոնք օգտագործվում են ռոբոտաշինության, առաջադեմ հաստոցների և արևային վահանակների պտտման համակարգերում: Միաձուլումից հետո Timken-ը շարունակել է արտադրել կրիչներ նախկին Cone Drive ապրանքանիշի ներքո  օգտագործելով իր արտադրած ներքին ճշգրիտ առանցքակալները:

Վերջերս հայտարարվել է, որ Timken-ը պտտվող շարժիչներ է մատակարարում Ավստրալիայի երկրորդ ամենամեծ 280 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ Vollar արևային կայանի համար: Արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ATEC-ն ընտրել է Timken’s Cone Drive-ի լուծումը, քանի որ նրա շարժիչը լավագույնս աշխատում է նույնիսկ քամու դժվարին պայմաններում Ավստրալիայի լեռնային Նոր Հարավային Ուելս տարածաշրջանում:

«Մենք սերտորեն համագործակցում ենք ATEC-ի և արևային էներգիայի շուկայի մյուսների հետ նորարարական լուծումներ տրամադրելու ամենադժվար եղանակային պայմանների համար, — ասել է Timken-ի շարժիչ համակարգերի և ծառայությունների փոխնախագահ Կարլ Ռապը,- հաճախորդների հետ համատեղ աշխատելով և մեր ինժեներական փորձը տրամադրելով մենք կարող ենք բարելավել Ֆոտովոլտային վահանակների պտտման համակարգերի աշխատանքը և հուսալիությունը»:

Timken-ը համագործակցել է ATEC-ի հետ արևային էներգիայի մի քանի նախագծերում, ներառյալ Զամբիայում և Չինաստանում: Vollard արևային ֆերմայի համար Timken-ն առաջարկել է նորարարական՝ ութանկյուն պտտվող լիսեռով արևային վահանակի լուծում, որը նախատեսված է լեռնային շրջանին բնորոշ քամոտ պայմաններին դիմակայելու համար: Այդ կայանի բոլոր վահանակների տեղադրումը և դրա միացումը Ավստրալիայի ազգային ցանցին կավարտվի 2024 թվականին։

Այլընտրանքային էներգիան Timken-ի ամենամեծ ոլորտն է, որը կազմում է 2022 թվականին ընկերության ընդհանուր վաճառքի մոտ 10%-ը: Timken-ը մեծ ներդրումներ է կատարել արևային և հողմային էներգիայի լուծումների և արտադրանքների հետազոտության և զարգացման մեջ:
