Աշխարհում սիմվոլիկ ակցիաների համար հատուկ թույլատվություններ չեն պահանջվում

Հանրային քաղաքական դիսկուրսում կրկին ակտիվացել են փրփուրներից կախվելու և դավադրության տեսություններ երկնելու սիրահարները։ Աշխարհում, թերևս, չկա մի երևույթ, որի տակ հնարավոր չէ ականներ դնել, որի շուրջ հնարավոր չէ դավադրություններ հյուսել, կամ, որին հնարավոր չէ որևէ հակաօրինական երևույթ մեղսագրել։

Աշխարհում հարյուրավոր են օրինակները, երբ որևէ երևույթ գովազդելու կամ հանրօգուտ որևէ երևույթ աշխուժացնելու համար քաղաքական գործիչները դիմել են բազմաթիվ հնարքների։ Օրինակ, ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետներից Տիգրան Սարգսյանը   2009թ. հոկտեմբերի 23–ին հայ–չինական արտադրության տրակտոր էր վարել, ցույց տալու համար, որ իրականում առավել անվտանգ է ցանկացած տրանսպորտային միջոց վարել ամրակապված վիճակում, նստեց ղեկին, սակայն, չկարողանալով այն կառավարել՝ շրջապտույտ կատարելիս վթարի ենթարկվեց՝ բախվելով մետաղական պատնեշին։ Ունե՞ր Տիգրան Սարգսյանը գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա վարելու համար համապատասխան թույլատվություն, իհարկե՝ ոչ, սակայն սիմվոլիկ միջոցառումներին և հանրության իրազեկման ակցիաների համար մեկանգամյա շեղումը չոր փաստաթղթային պահանջներից բոլոր երկրներում կիրառվում է։
