Բռնությունը բռնություն է ծնում. ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը՝ երեկվա միջադեպի մասին

5 Հուլիս 2017 – ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա) և Ռիչարդ Հոգլանդը (ԱՄՆ) տեղեկություն են ստացել սույն թվականի հուլիսի 4-ին Ֆիզուլիի շրջանի Ալխալի գյուղի մոտ նոր բռնության դեպքերի մասին, որը բերել է զոհերի՝ նաև խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում: ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կողմերին կոչ են անում անհապաղ դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները:

«Բռնությունը ծնում է բռնություն, ուրիշ ոչինչ: Միակ ընդունելի և մարդկային ուղին այս երկարատև հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար վերադառնալն է բանակցությունների սեղան»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները իրենց ցավակցությունն են հայտնում զոհերի հարազատներին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը երեկ հաղորդագրություն տարածեց այն մասին, որ հուլիսի 4-ին արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում հակառակորդը շարունակել է խախտել հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմը տարբեր տրամաչափի ականանետերից, իսկ ժամը 20:20-ի սահմաններում հարավային ուղղությամբ կիրառել է նաև ՏՌ-107 տիպի համազարկային հրթիռային կայանքներ: Ավելի ուշ ՊԲ-ն տեսանյութեր հրապարակեց Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերին հասցված պատասխան գործողություններից: Ադրբեջանական կողմն էլ հայտարարում է երկու խաղաղ բնակչի զոհվելու մասին:
