ԱՄՆ-ն նախազգուշացնում է Հայաստանի սահմանին լարվածության մասին

Միացյալ Նահանգները սգում է մարտի 7-ին հայ զինծառայող Հրաչ Մանասարյանի մահը։ ԵԱՀԿ-ում ԱՄՆ-ի առաքելության հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ այդ ողբերգական մահն ընդգծում է զսպվածության, վիճելի սահմանամերձ տարածքներում ուժերի՝ միմյանցից հեռու մնալու և դիվանագիտական ակտիվ ներգրավվածությամբ բոլոր առկա խնդիրների համար համապարփակ լուծումներ գտնելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

«Մենք կողմերին կոչ ենք անում առաջընթաց գրանցել հումանիտար հարցերում, ինչպիսիք են մնացած բոլոր գերիների ազատ արձակումը, տեղեկատվության փոխանակումն անհետ կորածների ճակատագիրը բացահայտելու համար, մարդասիրական ականազերծումը և մարդու իրավունքների ենթադրյալ ոտնահարումների և միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի խախտումների հետաքննության ուղղությամբ առաջ շարժվելը»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Այս տեղեկստվությունը հնչում է որպես նախազգուշացում Արցախում և Երասխում վերջին օրերի սրացման ֆոնին։ ԱՄՆ կոչը կարող է վկայել այն մասին, որ ԱՄՆ-ը տեղեկություններ ունի այդ տարածքները պաշտպանելու Հայաստանի ջանքերի անբավարարության մասին։

Այդ տարածքների պաշտպանության երաշխիքներից մեկը կարող է լինել խաղաղության պահպանման մանդատով օժտված միջազգային կառույցների՝ ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵԱՀԿ-ի ներգրավումը։ Հայաստանը չի օգտագործում այդ երաշխիքներին դիմելու իր իրավունքը։

Վերջերս Փարիզ այցելած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, խոսելով Ֆրանսիայի՝ որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահի դերի մասին, հույս հայտնեց, որ մյուս համանախագահների հետ համատեղ միջնորդական ջանքերը կնպաստեն տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատմանը, հաղորդակցությունների բացմանը եւ տնտեսական համագործակցության զարգացմանը։ Ոչ մի խոսք ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի քաղաքական լուծման ուղիներ գտնելու և կարգավիճակի մասին, և որ ամենակարեւորն է՝ ոչ մի խոսք Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման գործում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներգրավվածության մասին։
