Ռուսաստանը իրավունք չունի դավաճանել Ղարաբաղի հայերին

realtribune.ru–ն գրում է, որ Պետրոս 1–ին ցարի ժամանակներից ի վեր Ռուսաստանը իրավունք չունի դավաճանելու Ղարաբաղի հայերին, այդ առումով նրանց հանդեպ կա սուրբ պարտականություն և պատասխանատվություն, որը դեռ ոչ ոք չի չեղարկել: Նման կարծիք է հայտնել Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամության և համագործակցության ռուսական կազմակերպության տնօրեն, սոցիոլոգիական գիտությունների դոկտոր Վիկտոր Կրիվոպուսկովը: «Մենք պետք է միշտ երախտագիտությամբ հիշենք, որ հենց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերն են նախաձեռնել հայ ժողովրդի կամավոր մուտքը Ռուսական կայսրություն։ 1721 թվականին Գանձասարի վանքում հայ համայնքների համագումարում նրանք դիմել են Պետրոս Առաջինին հայ ժողովրդին ռուսական քաղաքացիություն տալու խնդրանքով։ Ինչպես գիտեք, դա եղել է 200 տարի առաջ, երբ Ադրբեջանի ներկայիս պետությունն անգամ իր նախորդը չի ունեցել»,- հիշեցրել է նա։ Կրիվոպուսկովն ընդգծել է, որ 2020 թվականի աշնանը հայերը ստիպված են եղել հերոսաբար պայքարել իրենց կյանքի և հողերի համար այն հարևանի հետ, ով վրեժի ծարավ էր 1992-1994 թվականների առաջին Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմում կրած պարտության համար: «Ադրբեջանը ամենազոր չէ, Թուրքիայի օգնությամբ նա շուրջ 2 հազար մարդ է ներգրավել Ղարաբաղի մարտերին՝ իսլամական ահաբեկիչներ Սիրիայից, Լիբիայից, Թուրքիայից, Պակիստանից և Ուկրաինայից։ Ամբողջական ռազմաքաղաքական աջակցությամբ և իրականում Թուրքիայի անմիջական մասնակցությամբ նա այրվող հողի սկզբունքով արգելված զենք ու արկեր է կիրառել խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ և ոչնչացնել հիվանդանոցներ, եկեղեցիներ, դպրոցներ և այլ քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներ»,- ասել է Կրիվոպուսկովը։ Նրա կարծիքով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի միջնորդական առաքելությամբ ստորագրված եռակողմ համաձայնագիրը «հստակորեն կազմվել է հապճեպ, մեկ նպատակով՝ դադարեցնել պատերազմը և ռուս խաղաղապահներին մտցնել Ղարաբաղի տարածք որպես երկու ժողովուրդների խաղաղ գոյության երաշխավոր», ըստ տրամաբանության այն ժամանակ ամեն ինչ ճիշտ է եղել, բողոքներ չկան»։ Կրիվոպուսկովը այն կարծիքին է, որ չճանաչված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության կարգավիճակի հարցը հիմնարար է: «Դա արդարացի է։ Ադրբեջանի  հռետորաբանությունը հայ ժողովրդի համար արժանապատիվ կյանքի ու զարգացման երաշխիքների բացակայության մասին միայն խուլ ու համրերը չեն տեսնում ու լսում։ Դա ակնհայտ է Ռուսաստանի, ՄԱԿ-ի և ամբողջ ժողովրդավարական աշխարհի համար։ Ուստի, չնայած այդ հարցում Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի անհամաձայնությանը, պետք է դրվի միայն մեկ պայման, որն է Ղարաբաղի հայ ժողովրդի ապահով կյանքի և ինքնատիպ զարգացման իրավունքը, և նրա հազարամյակների ընթացքում ստեղծված պատմական արժեքների պահպանումը՝ ներառյալ համաշխարհային մշակույթի գանձարանում ընդգրկվածները», – եզրափակել է Կրիվոպուսկովը։
