Գերիներին կալանավորելը դաժանության գագաթնակետն է, սրանով Ալիևին տալիս ենք հիանալի զենք. Ավետիք Իշխանյան

Պարտված երկրի ղեկավարությունը հրահանգ է տալիս, որ մեր զորքերը դիրքերը լքեն, դիրքեր գրաված ադրբեջանցիների դեմ չկռվեն, բացահայտ ասում է՝ Շուշին ադրբեջանական քաղաք է և այս ամեն ինչից հետո զինվորներից պահանջում է ունենալ արիություն և դիմադրողականություն։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը։

Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ զինվորների գերի ընկնելը իշխանությունների պարտվողական հռետորաբանության հետևանքն է։

Անդրադառնալով վերադարձած որոշ գերիների նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելուն, Իշխանյանը նշեց.

«Նրանց կալանավորելը դաժանության գագաթնակետն է։ Նրանք տառապել են ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ, գիտենք, թե նրանց նկատմամբ ինչպես են վարվել, նվաստացրել են, հետո գերիները գալիս են հայրենիք և հայրենիքում են նրանց նկատմամբ վարվում այդպես։ Կալանքը ինքնին արդեն պատիժ է։ Եթե կասկածներ կային ինչ-ինչ հարցերում, ապա ինչո՞ւ են կալանավորում և պատժում նրանց։ Այսպիսով` Իլհամ Ալիևին տալիս ենք հիանալի զենք գործընթացը շահարկելու համար, և նա փայլուն կերպով դա օգտագործում է»։

Իրավապաշտպանն այս գործընթացը կազմակերպելու հարցում մեծ հույսեր չի կապում միջազգային ատյանների հետ։

«Իհարկե պետք է շարունակել աշխատանքները միջազգային ատյանների հետ, սակայն այնտեղ մեծամասնությունը առաջնորդվում է իրենց քաղաքական շահերով։ Օրինակ՝ Հաագայի դատարանի որոշումները, որով համաձայնության նշան է դրվում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև։ Այնպես որ, պետք է բարձր պահենք մեր երկրի արժանապատվությունը, բարձրացնենք բանակի մարտունակությունը և միայն դրանից հետո միջազգային կառույցները ավելի անկողմնակալ կլինեն, քան հիմա»։

Հարցին` որքանով են գերիներին խոցելի դարձնում հասարակության, քաղաքական գործիչների կողմից գերիներին տրված գնահատականները որակումները, Իշխանյանը պատասխանեց.

«Եթե հետևենք իշխանական քաղաքական գործիչների հռետորաբանությանը, որոնց մեծ մասը դասալիք է, ապա նրանց սիրտը բացարձակապես չի ցավում ո՛չ գերիների, ո՛չ Արցախի կորստի և ո՛չ էլ զոհերի ու անհետ կորածների համար։ Նրանք ցինիկաբար ասում կամ կրկնում են այն, ինչ ասում է իրենց հոգեւոր առաջնորդը»։
