Արցախի նախագահի գլխավորությամբ կայացել է Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը

Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ օգոստոսի 24-ին կայացել է Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի հոգաբարձուների նորակազմ խորհրդի առաջին նիստը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմը:

Օրակարգում ընդգրկված էին Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նոր նախագահ և քարտուղար ընտրելու, ռեկտորի պաշտոնի համար մրցույթ հայտարարելու, կազմակերպչական կառուցվածքի մեջ փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու, շենքային պայմանների հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր:

Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամների միաձայն քվեարկությամբ՝ խորհրդի նախագահ է ընտրվել տեխնիկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Հովհաննես Թոքմաջյանը, իսկ քարտուղար՝ համալսարանի ուսանող Արմավիր Գալստյանը: Նախքան ռեկտորի մրցույթի կայացումը՝ ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է ընտրվել ճարտարապետության թեկնածու, դոցենտ Նվեր Միքայելյանը:

Իր խոսքում նախագահ Հարությունյանը կարևորել է Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի դերն Արցախի գիտակրթական ու տեխնոլոգիական զարգացման և հետպատերազմյան շրջանում տնտեսական ներուժի վերականգնման գործում՝ ընդգծելով դասավանդման ժամանակակից մեթոդների գործարկման և ուսանողական կյանքի աշխուժացման նշանակությունը:

Անդրադառնալով անվճար բարձրագույն կրթության ծրագրին՝ երկրի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ Արցախի բուհերի առկա համակարգի բակալավրիատի գրեթե բոլոր ուսանողների համար արդեն իսկ 2020-2021 թթ. ուսումնական տարում կրթությունը եղել է անվճար՝ կառավարության կողմից ուսման վարձավճարների փոխհատուցման եղանակով: Նա հանձնարարել է նախորդ տարվա փորձի հիման վրա սեղմ ժամկետներում ավարտել 2021-2022 թթ. ուստարվա վարձավճարների փոխհատուցման սկզբունքների մշակման ու հաստատման աշխատանքները:

Խոսելով կրթական ոլորտի զարգացման հեռանկարների մասին՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը շեշտել է, որ Արցախի բուհերում կրթություն ստանալը որակական առումով պետք է գրավիչ դառնա նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և Սփյուռքում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների համար: Այդ համատեքստում նա հանձնարարել է ոլորտի պատասխանատուներին ծրագրեր մշակել ու իրագործել արցախյան բուհերի որակի բարձրացման, ինչպես նաև ռուսերեն և անգլերեն լեզուներով մասնագիտական առարկաների դասավանդման ուղղությամբ:
