Մերկելը և Մակրոնը մտադիր են Ղրիմի միացումից հետո առաջին անգամ Պուտինին հրավիրել ԵՄ գագաթնաժողով. Financial Times

Եվրամիությունը պետք է փոխի իր ռազմավարությունը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ. ինչպես պարզել է հեղինակավոր Financial Times պարբերականը, այս են պնդում Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը:

Ըստ պարբերականի տվյալների` Մերկելը և Մակրոնն առաջարկել են Ղրիմի միացումից հետո առաջին անգամ Պուտինին հրավիրել ԵՄ գագաթնաժողով: Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը ցանկանում է, որ Եվրամիությունը մտածի ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարների գագաթնաժողով կազմակերպելու մասին, հայտնում է Financial Times-ը՝ վկայակոչելով դիվանագիտական աղբյուրներ: Զրուցակիցների անունները թերթը չի հայտնում:

Ըստ թերթի, Մերկելի գաղափարին աջակցել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը: Պարբերականը նշում է, որ Գերմանիան և Ֆրանսիան կոչ են արել ԵՄ-ին ստեղծել նոր ռազմավարություն Ռուսաստանի հետ սերտ համագործակցության համար` Պուտինի և ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի ժնևյան հանդիպումից հետո: 

Հունիսի 23-ին Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպմանը Բեռլինի և Փարիզի դեսպանները «անակնկալի են բերել» այլ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներին իրենց առաջարկով, ինչի մասին հայտնել են FT աղբյուրները: 

Վերջին օրերին Մերկելը բանակցություններ է վարել եվրոպական երկրների հետ. Մակրոնը և Իտալիայի վարչապետ Մարիո Դրագին եկել են Բեռլին՝ քննարկման, գրում է Financial Times-ը: Աղբյուրի խոսքով, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը նույնպես Գերմանիայի մայրաքաղաքում բանակցություններ էր վարում կառավարության հետ:

Ըստ FT-ի՝  Գերմանիան կարծում է, որ Բայդեն-Պուտին գագաթնաժողովը կարող է մոդել ծառայել Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վերականգնման համար: Գերմանիան և Ֆրանսիան ԵՄ առաջնորդների գագաթնաժողովին իրենց փաստաթղթում Եվրամիությանը առաջարկել են «ընտրովի համագործակցություն» Ռուսաստանի հետ ընդհանուր հետաքրքրությունների ոլորտներում` կլիմա և շրջակա միջավայր, Արկտիկա, անդրսահմանային համագործակցություն, առողջապահություն, տիեզերք, պայքար ահաբեկչության դեմ, արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, ներառյալ Սիրիայի խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև Իրանը: 

«Եվրոպական խորհուրդը կոչ է անում վերանայել Ռուսաստանի հետ գոյություն ունեցող երկխոսության ձևաչափը, ներառյալ հանդիպումները ղեկավարների մակարդակով», - մեջբերում է թերթը Գերմանիայի և Ֆրանսիայի առաջարկը: 

Գերմանիայի և Ֆրանսիայի առաջարկը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, տագնապ կառաջացնի ԵՄ որոշ անդամների` Լատվիայի, Լիտվայի և Էստոնիայի, ինչպես նաև Լեհաստանի մոտ, ենթադրել է Financial Times- ը: Գերմանիայի և Ֆրանսիայի ծրագիրը շատ ավելի «խաղաղասիրական» է, քան Եվրահանձնաժողովի ռազմավարական զեկույցը, որը հունիսի կեսերին նախազգուշացնում էր Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում «բացասական պարույրևի» մասին:
