Սև լճի հատվածում նաև սահմանների կահավորված չլինելն էր պատճառներից մեկը, որ Ադրբեջանը գնաց այսպիսի քայլի. վերլուծաբան (տեսանյութ)

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության այն հայտարարությունը, որ եթե Սյունիքում, Գեղարքունիքում ողջամիտ ժամկետներում հարցի լուծում չլինի, Հայաստանի զինված ուժերն իրավունք են վերապահում խնդիրը կարգավորել ուժային տարբերակով, չեմ կարծում, որ ուղիղ պատերազմի հայտարարություն է.Tert.am –ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Razm.info մասնագիտացված կայքի վերլուծաբան Հայկ Խաչիկյանը:

«Պատերազմական գործողությունն առաջինն արել է ադրբեջանական կողմը՝ հատելով սահմանը, արդեն 8-րդ օրն է դիրքավորվել են հայկական տարածքում, մի մասը՝ Սև լճի արևելքում, մի փոքր հարավ ընկած բարձրունքներում, մյուս կողմից՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում Կութ, Վերին Շորժա գյուղերի հատվածում: Ինչ վերաբերում է հետագա հանգուցալուծմանը, կարելի է տարբեր սցենարներ դիտարկել, այդ թվում՝ ռազմական սցենարների տարբեր բաղադրիչներ: 8-րդ օրն է դրական տեղաշարժ չկա, կարծում եմ, նման հայտարարություններն այս իրավիճակում գոյության իրավունք ունեն, որովհետև ադրբեջանական կողմը, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, հանգուցալուծման գնալու առանձնապես պատրաստակամություն չունի»:

Խաչիկյանի կարծիքով՝ ՊՆ-ի հայտարարության միակ հասցեատերը Հայաստանը չէ, այն մեսիջ է նաև մեր գործընկերներին և միջազգային հանրությանը:

«Ռազմական ճանապարով հարցի լուծումն այնպես չէ, որ միանշանակ նշանակում է մարտական գործողությունների գնալ, ուղղակի կախված ժամանահատվածից՝ ադրբեջանցիներին այդ տեղերում կարելի է խանգարել հաստատվել: Մի բան է գալ, բարձրունք զբաղեցնելը, մեկ այլ բան՝ գնալ և երկար մնալ, որովհետև այն իրենից ենթադրում է երկար աշխատանք, մատակարարումներ, լոգիստիկ խնդիրների լուծում, ու դրան պատրաստվելու համար Ադրբեջանը պետք է ինժեներական աշխատանքներ իրականցնի, սնուցման ճանապարհներ կառուցի,և լուծի լոգիստիկ խնդիրները։ Այդ ամենի բացակայության պայմաններում այդտեղ ծառայությունն իրականացնելը բավական դժվար է լինելու»:

Անդրադառնալով այն հանգամանքին, որ Սև լճի սահմանագծի այդ հատվածը կահավորված չէ և թշնամին անարգել մտել է Սյունիք, Խաչիկյանը նշեց, որ դա ունի օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներ:

Նրա խոսքով՝ սահմանագիծն անցնում է բավական բարդ լեռնային հատվածով, եղանակային պայմանները պետք է թույլ տային այդ հատված մուտք ունենալ, նաև ժամանակ էր պետք՝ նոր ճանապարհներ կառուցելու և նոր սնուցման ուղիներ ստեղծելու համար, սակայն պետք է կանխատեսվեր, որ ադրբեջանցիներն այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր կձեռնարկեն և այդ հատվածներում առավել վերահսկողություն պետք է իրականացվեր.

«Նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո ունենք նոր իրավիճակ, շատ ավելի դժվար պայմաններով առաջնագիծ: Դիրքավորվելու համար Ժամանակ է պահանջվում, սակայն գոնե սպասելի ուղղություննեով ենթադրելի էր, որ այդ աշխատանքները պետք է կատարվեին, բայց ինչպես տեսնում ենք, Սև լճի հատվածում նման աշխատանքի բացակայությունն էր պատճառներից մեկը, որ Ադրբեջանը գնաց այսպիսի քայլի: Մինչև այս գործողությանը գնալը ադրբեջանցիները տեսանկարահանում էին իրականացրել ու սոցցանցեր վերբեռնել, ակնհայտ էր, որ այդ հատվածում ինչ -որ գործողություններ գնալու են, ինչ -որ բան սպասելի էր»:
