Ռուսաստանի նահանջը Հայաստանից սկսեց

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը հարցազրույց է տվել ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին, որում պատմել է Գյումրիի ռազմաբազայի մի մասը երկրի արևելքում վերատեղակայելու մասին։ Պատասխանելով ռազմաբազայի վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ Վառնազովիչը նշել է, որ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ընդլայնման և ուժեղացման հարցը միշտ էլ եղել է օրակարգում, և հայկական կողմը միշտ էլ դրանում շահագրգռված է եղել թեկուզ այն պարզ պատճառով, որ ռազմակայանն ամբողջ կազմով ներառված է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ԶՈւ միացյալ զորամիավորման մեջ։ Ինչ վերաբերում է հանրապետության տարածքում Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերի լրացուցիչ զորամիավորման տեղակայմանը, կարծում եմ, որ դրա անհրաժեշտությունը այնքան էլ չկա, և հետո՝ այս պահին մեր պետությունների միջև գոյություն ունեցող նորմատիվ իրավական հիմքը որոշում է միայն մեկ ռուսական ռազմակայանի կարգավիճակը և կանոնակարգում է միայն դրա գործունեությունը: Ավելի ճիշտ է, թերևս, խոսել ռուսական ռազմաբազայի կազմից որևէ ռազմական կազմավորում վերաբաշխելու հնարավորության մասին Հայաստանի արևելյան ուղղությամբ, և այդ համատեքստում հարցի համապատասխան համատեղ մշակում ընթանում է», ասել է նա։

 

Վաղարշակ Վառնազովիչի հայտարարություններն անշուշտ բացելու կարիք կա, նկատի առնելով նոր իրողությունները։ Ըստ էության, 2016-ից հայ-ռուսական երկկողմ, ինչպես նաեւ ՀԱՊԿ գծով պաշտպանական համաձայնագրերը չեն գործում։ Ռուսաստանը եւ ՀԱՊԿ-ը Հայաստանի հանդեպ պարտավորություններից հրաժարվեցին Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմի օրերին։ Պատերազմի եւ հետպատերազմյա ռուս-թուրքական պլանավորումը ենթադրում է ռուս-թուրքական նոր սահմանը, որն անցնում է Շուշի-Բերձոր գծով։

 

Ինչ վերաբերում է Գյումրիի բազային, ռուս ռազմական փորձագետների գնահատականները հանգում են նրան, որ այն բացի «մետաղի ջարդոն» լինելուց, ռուս-թուրքական նոր համաձայնությունների պարագայում վեր է ածվում «լրացուցիչ գլխացավանքի»։ Բանն այն է, որ թուրքական հնարավոր սադրանքի պարագայում դա նշանակելու է նաեւ սադրանք Ռուսաստանի դեմ, իսկ Մոսկվան հայտարարել է, որ որեւէ պարագայում ռազմական բախման մեջ չի մտնելու Թուրքիայի հետ, Կրեմլի դիրքորոշումն են մեկնում ռազմական փորձագետները։
