Ինչ կարող է տեղի ունենալ մոտակա ամիսներին

Ամերիկացի վերլուծաբան Փոլ Գոբլը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան պատերազմ են սկսել, երբ հասկացել են, որ Սփյուռքն ու Հայաստանը մեկ օրգանիզմ չեն։ Անցյալում Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի առաջնորդները վստահ էին, որ եթե Հայաստանի դեմ հանդես գան, հայկական լոբբին արագ Հայաստանի կողմից կներգրավի արեւմտյան կառավարություններին ու Ռուսաստանին, որ կանգնեցնի նրանց, եւ այդ տեսակետը հետ էր պահում նման գործողություններից։ Այս մասին հղում անելով ռուս վերլուծաբան Ալեքսանդր Կռիլովին, գրում է Փոլ Գոբլը։

 

Ամերիկագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը, կոչ անելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին զանգել ու շնորհավորել Ջո Բայդենին, Հայաստանին հորդորում է Թուրքիայի հետ բանակցությունների մեջ չմտնել։ Եթե հայ-թուրքական որեւէ գործընթաց սկսվի, Բայդենն այդ հիմքով կխուսափի Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումից, դա նրան կխանգարի, իսկ թուրքերին դա պետք է։

 

Կա՞ն գործընթացներ Թուրքիայի ու Հայաստանի միջեւ։ Դա չի բացառվում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ վերջին երկու տարիներին մեզ ասում էին, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ Ղարաբաղի հարցով բանակցություններ չկան, իսկ հիմա խոստովանում են, որ բանակցություններ եղել են, ինչպես նաեւ անպատշաճ առաջարկներ։

 

Կան նաեւ գործընթացի բացահայտ նշաններ՝ Թուրքիան առաջարկել է «վեցի պլատֆորմ», որում առաջարկում է ներառել նաեւ Հայաստանը, որը պատերազմի արդյունքում կորցրել է սուբյեկտայնությունը։

Հայաստանում ռուս-թուրքական համագործակցության «ապոֆեոզը» կարող է լինել նոր պայմանագրի ստորագրումը, եւ նրանք փորձում են «համոզել», որ Հայաստանն էլ ստորագրի։ Դա, անկասկած, լավ նվեր կլինի ռուս-թուրքական 1921-ի պայմանագրի 100-ամյակին, որն այս տարի մարտին պատրաստվում են նշել Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան։

Շատ հայ քաղաքական գործիչներ կարծում են, որ չնայած ծանր հետեւանքներին, այնուամենայնիվ բարենպաստ պայմաններ են ձեւավորվել, որ հայերն առաջ մղեն իրենց իրավունքները։ Պարույր Հայրիկյանը, օրինակ, ասում է, որ հայերը ոչ թե մեկ, այլ մի քանի հզոր փաստարկ ունեն՝ ենթարկվել են ռազմական հարձակման, ճնշման տակ ստորագրել են փաստաթուղթ, անտեսվել է ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, խնդիրը միայն խաղաղ բանակցություններով լուծելու պարտավորությունը։

Ընդ որում, Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային այլեւս փաստարկներ չեն մնացել՝ տարածքների հարցը «լուծվել է» Ռուսաստանի աջակցությամբ, Ադրբեջանը խախտել է բոլոր հնարավոր ու անհնար միջազգային նորմերը, Թուրքիան տարածաշրջանը լցրել է ահաբեկիչներով։

Հայաստանում ակտիվ քննարկվում է հարցը, թե ինչ կարող է տեղի ունենալ մոտակա ամիսներին։ Ամերիկյան թերթերը գրում են, որ Ջո Բայդենն ունի բոլոր հիմքերը Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչելու համար։ Իսկ ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը հաստատումն է այն բանի, որ Թուրքիան կառուցվել է ցեղասպանության ենթարկված ժողովրդի հողերի ու արյան վրա։

Հենց այդ գործընթացները կանխելու համար Թուրքիան Ռուսաստանի հետ ձեռք ձեռքի փորձում է լուծել բոլոր «ձեւականությունները» եւ Հայաստանը ներգրավել տարատեսակ «պլատֆորմների» մեջ։ Թուրքիան ու Ռուսաստանն ուզում են, որ Հայաստանը լեգիտիմացնի իրենց հանցավոր պայմանավորվածությունը։
