Պուտինը սպառնաց Հայաստանին

«Իմ կարծիքով, իրոք, չնայած այն խնդիրներին, որոնց մասին դուք ասացիք, եւ որոնք դեռեւս մնում են չլուծված, հուսով եմ, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, կհաջողվի համաձայնության գալ բոլոր խնդիրների, այդ թվում՝ հումանիտար բնույթի հարցերի շուրջ: Ընդհանրապես, իմ կարծիքով, հանդիպումն օգտակար է այն առումով, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի որոշել տարածաշրջանի ապագան եւ տարածաշրջանում հարաբերությունների կառուցումը: Նախեւառաջ, իհարկե, Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ: Ուզում եմ ասել, որ մեր հարաբերությունները եղել են, կան եւ կլինեն դաշնակցային: Բոլոր առումներով մենք մտերիմ գործընկերներ ենք: Այսօր մենք շատ խոսեցինք տնտեսության մասին: Այս կապակցությամբ կցանկանայի նշել, որ չնայած անցյալ դժվար տարվան՝ մենք գրեթե 4%-ով ավելացրել ենք մեր ապրանքաշրջանառությունը: Այս ամենը հիմք է տալիս հուսալու, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ իրավիճակի կարգավորման հետ լուծումներ կգտնենք հօգուտ հայ ժողովրդի, հայկական պետության եւ մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունների», Մոսկվայում եռակողմ հանդիպումից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ասել է Պուտինը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպումից հետո հայտարարել էր, որ Ղարաբաղի դեօկուպացիայի, տեղահանվածների վերադարձի, կարգավիճակի, գերիների հարցերը մնում են չլուծված: Չնայած մինչեւ Մոսկվա մեկնելն արված հավաստիացումներին, նա այնուամենայնիվ ստորագրել է եռակողմ նոր հայտարարությունը: Նոյեմբերի 9-ի թե 10-ի հայտարարությունից հետո սա երկրորդ հակահայկական փաստաթուղթն է, որը վերաբերում է Հայաստանի տարածքի մասնատմանը եւ հաղորդակցությունների անվան տակ ռուս-թուրքական վերահսկողության սահմանմանը:

Պուտինի խոսքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին վկայում է, որ Մոսկվան հետեւողական շարունակում է իր ծրագրերը, որքան էլ հայաստանյան միջավայրում փորձ է արվում լռության մատնել ռուսական գործոնը, կամ ցույց տալ, որ Ռուսաստանն այլ ելք չունի: Հայաստանի համար կենսական շահերը կամ «չլուծված խնդիրները» ռուս-թուրքական շանտաժի մաս են՝ Հայաստանի հաշվին խնդիրները լուծելու համար, տնտեսական ինչ որ բուտաֆորիկ օգուտների խոստումներով: «Չլուծված խնդիրները» պարբերաբար մնալու են ռուս-թուրքական համաձայնությունների իրար հաջորդող փուլերին՝ Հայաստանին պարտադրվելիք նորանոր պայմանագրերի դիմաց։

Այս ֆոնին, Պուտինի խոսքը, թե Ռուսաստանի ու Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները եղել են, կան ու կլինեն դաշնակցային, պարզապես սպառնալիք է Հայաստանին: Դա գուցե շոյում է հույսերով ապրող մարդկանց լսելիքը, թեեւ այդպիսիք գրեթե չեն մնացել, սակայն քաղաքական դասը պետք է հասկանա, որ Հայաստանի շահերը պաշտպանել հնարավոր է միայն ռուս-թուրքական համաձայնություններն ամբողջովին մերժելու պարագային: Ռուսաստանին «առանձնացնելով» ու հավատարմություն հայտնելով՝ քաղաքական դասն ազատում է նրան պատասխանատվությունից եւ լեգիտիմացնում եռակողմ գործողությունները:
