«Հայաստանի կառավարությունը տարածքային պահանջներ ունի հարևան պետությունների նկատմամբ». թուրք պաշտոնյա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում Թուրքիայի կողմից, կարելի է ասել, տարօրինակ հայտարարություններ են հնչում: Դրանք հիմնականում առնչվում են այդ երկրի անվտանգությանը, առանցքում Հայաստանն է, Կարսի ու Սևրի պայմանագրերն ու քրդական հարցը:
Հունվարի սկզբին Թուրքիայի նախագահն անսպասելիորեն և ամենակարևորը` արտաքուստ դրա համար որևէ պատճառ չունենալով, հայտարարել էր. «Թուրքիայի անվտանգությունն սկսվում է ոչ միայն մեր երկրի սահմաններից, այլև Նախիջևանից, Բաթումից, Բալկաններից և Հալեպից»: Մեկնաբանելով այս հայտարարությունը` ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորներից մեկը նշել էր, որ «եթե Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի միջև կան տարաբնույթ համաձայնություններ, այդ թվում` ռազմական համագործակցության մասին, ապա ըստ Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի միջև ռազմական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրի` Նախիջևանի անվտանգության համատեքստում Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները պետք է հիշատակեին նաև Ղարաբաղը»:
Գանք հերթով: Ինչ վերաբերում է Նախիջևանի կարգավիճակին, ապա այն որոշվում է 1921 թ. Կարսի համաձայնագրով. «Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը և Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի խորհրդային հանրապետությունների կառավարությունները համաձայն են, որ Նախիջևանի մարզը կազմում է ինքնավար տարածք` Ադրբեջանի հովանու ներքո»: Բավական է թերթել ցանկացած բառարան` հասկանալու համար, որ «Ադրբեջանի հովանու ներքո» չի նշանակում, որ այն պարտադիր կերպով մտնում է այդ երկրի կազմի մեջ: Այս առումով շատ թուրք փորձագետներ սկսեցին հարց բարձրացնել առ այն, թե ինչու Էրդողանը հիշատակեց Նախիջևանը, չէ՞ որ Հայաստանը, գոնե հրապարակային կերպով, չի հայտարարել Կարսի պայմանագիրը լուծարելու մասին: Ընդ որում, թուրք քաղաքագետ Բյուլենտ Էրենտաչը «ժամանակային առումով ճիշտ է համարում Էրդողանի հիշատակումը Թուրքիայի համար Նախիջևանի հատուկ կարգավիճակի կարևորության մասին»: Բայց ինչո՞ւ:
Շարունակենք Թուրքիայի անսպասելի հայտարարությունների շարքը: Թուրքիայի նախագահի խորհրդական Յալչին Տոպչուն հայտարարել է, որ «Հայաստանի կառավարությունը տարածքային պահանջներ ունի հարևան պետությունների նկատմամբ», որ «նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ցանկանում է գրավել որոշ տարածքներ, այդ թվում` Արարատ լեռը»: Ուստի Տոպչուն կոչ է հղում, որ «հայ–ադրբեջանական պատերազմը օրակարգ դառնա երկու միլիարդ մահմեդականից յուրաքանչյուրի համար»: Ադրբեջանում Թուրքիայի դեսպան Էրկան Օզորալն էլ հայտարարել է, որ «Հայաստանի քաղաքականությունն ուղղված է «Մեծ Հայաստանի» ստեղծմանը»: Սրան հավելենք այն, որ իր ելույթներում Թուրքիայի նախագահը վաղուց արդեն կիրառում է «փլուզում» տերմինը և հայտարարում, որ «թույլ չի տա Քրդական պետության ստեղծում ցանկացած ձևաչափով»: Սակայն թուրքական Cumhurriyet թերթը, հղում անելով մի քանի հեղինակավոր փորձագետների, պնդում է, որ «այն տարածաշրջանը, որը անվանում ենք Մերձավոր Արևելք, արդեն փաստացի ծնել է քրդական անկախ պետություն», և խոսք պետք է գնա 1920 թ. Սևրի պայմանագրի մասին, որը նախատեսում էր Հայկական մեծ պետության ստեղծում և «թույլ տալիս Թուրքիայից անկախ քրդական պետության կազմավորում»: Ավելին, Cumhurriyet–ը կարծում է, որ «երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում Անկարան չունի այլընտրանք այն բանին, որ ճանաչի անկախ Քրդստանը, գնա հայկական հարցի լուծման, իսկ Ադրբեջանը` ճանաչի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը»:
Արդյո՞ք այս հայտարարությունները աշխարհաքաղաքական մի նոր խաղի սկիզբն են ավետում, դժվար է ասել: Ապա թե ոչ, ո՞րն է դրանց նպատակը:
