ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ խորհուրդը հունիսի 15-ին նիստ կանցկացնի տեսակոնֆերանսի ռեժիմով

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ) խորհրդի նիստը կկայանա հունիսի 15-ին՝ տեսակոնֆերանսի ռեժիմով, նախատեսվում է քննարկել անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերը կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի իրավիճակում, հայտնում է ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ-ի կայքը:

«Նիստի ընթացքում կքննարկվեն միջազգային, կոլեկտիվ եւ ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման արդի հարցերը կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի իրավիճակում»,- նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ինչպես նշվում է, ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ նախագահ, Պետդումայի խոսնակ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինն իր խոսքը կնվիրի «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առաջնահերթ խնդիրներին 2020 թվականը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության նախագահության ընթացքում»:
Բացի այդ, ավագանու անդամները մանրամասն կքննարկեն 2016-2020 թվականներին ազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների ազգային օրենսդրության համախմբման եւ ներդաշնակեցմանն ուղղված ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ գործունեության ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքները եւ 2021-2025 թվականների ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ գործունեության ծրագրի նախագծի հարցերը:

«ՀԱՊԿ պետությունների խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարները կծանոթանան ՀԱՊԿ կոլեկտիվ անվտանգության խորհրդի նոյեմբերյան (2019) նստաշրջանի արդյունքներին, ՀԱՊԿ-ի պատասխանատվության ոլորտում տիրող իրավիճակին, հավաքական անվտանգությանն ուղղված մարտահրավերներին եւ սպառնալիքներին հակազդելու միջոցառումներին եւ ՀԱՊԿ-ի կազմում կնքված միջազգային պայմանագրերի վավերացմանը, կծանոթանան ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ-ի գործունեության ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքներին»,- ասվում է տեքստում:

Նշվում է, որ հանդիպման մասնակիցները մտադիր են առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել համավարակի բռնկման դեպքում անվտանգությունն ապահովման համապարփակ միջոցառումների մշակման օրենսդրական առաջարկներին:

ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ խորհրդի նիստին կմասնակցեն ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների՝ Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն եւ Տաջիկստանի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարները, ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ ԽՎ-ում դիտորդները Սերբիայից, Աֆղանստանից, Ռուսաստանից եւ Բելառուսից, ՀԱՊԿ եւ ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ-ի քարտուղարությունների ներկայացուցիչները:
