Ընտրական ցուցակները և մարդիկ

Կուսակցությունների համամասնական ցուցակները հրապարկվելուց հետո սկսվեց դրանց անհատական քննարկումը՝ ով ո՞վ է, որ ցուցակում ո՞վ կա, ի՞նչ է իրենից ներկայացնում, ո՞ւմ բարեկամն է և այլն։

Սա, իհարկե, լյումպենին հետաքրքիր զբաղմունք է. տնային տնտեսուհու, «բեսեդկի թեմա։

Շատ ավելի ճիշտ կլիներ ցուցակների մակրոմակարդակով քննարկումը։ Դա է պետության համար ավելի կարևոր։ Ի՞նչ կտա այդ ցուցակային ամբողջությունը մեր պետությանը։ Ի՞նչ էֆեկտիվ պոտենցիալ ունի իր մեջ։ Պատկերը շատ տխուր է։ Դա, մեծ հաշվով, ներկայիս Հայաստանի քաղաքական մտքի պոտենցիալն է, որը ոչ միայն հիասթափության, այլև հստակ անհանգստությունների առիթ է տալիս։

Այս ֆոնին, երբ չկա լուրջ մակրոանալիզ, զբաղվել անհատական քննարկումներով, մի տեսակ անիմաստ գործ է։ Նախընտրական ցուցակների միկրոմակարդակով վերլուծությունը խիստ սուբյեկտիվ զբաղմունք է։Օրինակ, ոմանց զայրացրել է թե, ինչու է առաջադրվել «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքով Էդուարդ Բաբայանը։ Կա դրա հակառակը հարցը՝ իսկ ինչո՞ւ չպետք է առաջադրվեր նա. ու՞մից է պակաս, կա ո՞վ է ավելի լավը։ Ոչ բյուջեից փող է գողացել, ոչ թոշակառուի կամ մանկատան երեխայի հաց է գողացել։

Նոր Հայատանը նոր հնարավորություններ է տալիս մարդկանց և մարդիկ սկսում են օգտվել դրանից։ Փորձել իրենց նոր ոլորտներում, նոր աշխատանքում, նոր կարգավիճակում։ Երբ ընտրությունների հաջորդ օրը պարզվի, որ Է. Բաբայանը ստացել է ավելի շատ ձայն, քան շատ ու շատ քաղաքական գործիչներ, ակտիվիստներ, հանրային դեմքեր՝ այդ ժամանակ ի՞նչ ենք ասելու։ Ընդ որում այդ ձայները ստացվելու են ազատ և արդար ընտրությունների արդյունքում։

Մենք շատ ենք երազել ազատ ու արդար ընտրությունների մասին, միշտ մեղադրել ենք իշխանություններին դրանք կեղծելու, արդյունքները խեղաթյուրելու մեջ։ Հիմա նոր իշխանություններ են, խաղի նոր կանոններ, նոր մթնոլորտ։ Բոլոր առաջադրվածներն ունեն իրավունք նման պայմաններում ստուգելու իրենց վարկանիշը և հանրությանը ծառայելու հայտ ներկայացնել։
