Ռուսաստանը դատապարտել է ՄՓՀՀՊ-ից դուրս գալու ԱՄՆ ծրագրերը

Ռուսաստանը դատապարտում է ԱՄՆ նոր գործողությունները, որը փորձում է շանտաժով Մոսկվայից զիջումների հասնել ռազմավարական կայունության ոլորտում, «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը՝ մեկնաբանելով Միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների ոչնչացման պայմանագրից դուրս գալու Վաշինգթոնի ծրագրերը (ՄՓՀՀՊ):

«Ռուսական կողմը քանիցս ասել է, որ ամերիկացիները ոչ մի հիմնավորում չունեն այն մեղադրանքների համար, որ Ռուսաստանն իբր այս պայմանագիրը խախտում է»,- ասել է Ռյաբկովը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Վաշինգթոնը տարիներ շարունակ չի կարողանում հիմնավորել Մոսկվային ուղղած իր մտացածին մեղադրանքները:

Դիվանագետը հայտարարել է, որ եթե ԱՄՆ-ն շարունակի միջազգային համաձայնագրերից միակողմանի կարգով դուրս գալ, ապա Ռուսաստանը պատասխան միջոցների կդիմի, այդ թվում՝ ռազմական բնույթի:

«Չէինք ցանկանա դրան հասներ»,- ասել է Ռյաբկովը:

Նա նշել է, որ ՄՓՀՀ պայմանագրից դուրս գալը չափից ավելի լուրջ է, որպեսզի այն լուծվի հրապարակային բանավեճի միջոցով:

«Ամերիկյան կացնային եւ կոշտ քաղաքականությունը շատ երկրներում եւ միջազգային հանրության լայն շրջանակներում առաջացնում է ավելի մեծ տհաճություն: Վաշինգթոնում չպետք է թերագնահատեն տրամադրվածությունների այս տեղաշարժերը»,- հավելել է դիվանագետը:

Երկրի ԱԳՆ-ից հայտնել են, որ կիրակի Ռուսաստան կայցելի ԱՄՆ նախագահի ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով օգնական Ջոն Բոլթոնը: Գերատեսչությունում նրանից պարզաբանումներ են սպասում:

Ավելի վաղ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր, որ դուրս կգա ՄՓՀՀՊ-ից՝ հընթացս Մոսկվային մեղադրելով պայմանագրի խախտման մեջ:

Միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների մասին պայմանագիրը ստորագրվել է 1987 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 8-ին խորհրդային առաջնորդ Միխայիլ Գորբաչովի Վաշինգթոն այցի ժամանակ: Առաջին անգամ կրճատվելու էր 500-ից մինչեւ 1000 եւ 1000-ից մինչեւ 5500 կմ հեռահարությամբ հրթիռային սպառազինության մի ամբողջ դաս, այդ թվում է Р-12 եւ Р-14 հրթիռները, որոնք 1962 թվականին ԽՍՀՄ-ն տեղակայել էր Կուբայում, ինչը հարուցել էր Կարիբյան ճգնաժամը:

1991 թվականի մայիսին պայմանագիրն ամբողջությամբ կատարվել էր, այդ ժամանակ ԽՍՀՄ-ն ոչնչացրել էր վերգետնյա բազավորման 1752 բալիստիկ եւ թեւավոր հրթիռներ, ԱՄՆ-ն՝ 859: Փաստաթուղթն անժամկետ բնույթ ունի:
