Նոր ընտրություններ, նոր իրավիճակ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները առաջինն էին հետհեղափոխական Հաաստանում և փորձաքար էին ոչ միայն իշխանության, այլև երկրի համար: Հիմա արդեն կարող ենք վստահ արձանագրել, որ թե՛ ընտրությունների ընթացքը, թե՛ արդյունքները ամբողջովին տեղավորվում են հեղափոխության տրամաբանության շրջանակներում: Հայաստանում երկար տարիների դադարից հետո տեղի ունեցան իսկապես ազատ և արդար ընտրություններ, որոնց հանդեպ կա բավական մեծ հանրային վստահություն: Միաժամանակ հեղափոխության առանցք հանդիսացող քաղաքական ուժը ընտրություններում հաղթեց աննախադեպ առավելությամբ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ հեղափոխությամբ սկսված քաղաքական գործընթացները շարունակվում են, և հասարակությունը շարունակում է մանդատ տալ հեղափոխությանը:

Հեղափոխության տրամաբանության մեջ է նաև այն, որ, ըստ էության, հաղթել է ոչ թե կոնկրետ քաղաքական ուժ, այլ հեղափոխական տրամադրությունները ներկայացնող դաշինք: Աննախադեպ տոկոսները ոչ միայն ցնծալու, այլև մտորելու առիթ են, որովհետև առավել դժվար է լինելու դուրս գալ 80 տոկոսի պատասխանատվության տակից, քան դա կարելի կլիներ անել 50 կամ 60 տոկոսի դեպքում: Սա նշանակում է, որ հաղթած ուժն ուղղակի պարտավոր է իր ստացած մանդատն իրացնել այնպես, որ կարողանա բավարարել հասարակության մեծամասնության սպասելիքները:

Եվս մեկ կարևոր հանգամանք: Ընտրության արդյունքները և «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի ստացած տոկոսները գալիս են փաստելու, որ որևէ հակահեղափոխություն չկա, ինչքան էլ այդ մասին շատ են սիրում խոսել հենց իրենք՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները: Հակահեղափոխության մասին խոսել, հակահեղափոխությունը վկայակոչելով փորձել ամրապնդել սեփական ազդեցությունը այլևս չի ստացվի: Հասարակությունն իր ընտրությամբ տեղ չթողեց ոչ միայն հակահեղափոխության, այլև հակահեղափոխությամբ վախեցնելու և հակահեղափոխությունից վախենալու համար: Հաղթող ուժի գործն, ըստ այդմ, ավելի է բարդանում, որովհետև այսուհետ նրանք պետք է սկսեն աշխատել ոչ թե «ընդդեմ», այլ «հանուն» կարգախոսով:
