Ինչի մասին է վկայում ցավը սեքսի ժամանակ. 5 գլխավոր պատճառ

Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ կանանց 30 տոկոսը սեռական հարաբերության ժամանակ ցավ է զգում և նրանց միայն 50 տոկոսն է դիմում բժշկի,- գրում է Orer.am-ը:

Ցավի երևույթը վկյում է այն մասին, որ օրգանիզմի հետ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ: Այս դեպքում չափազանց կարևոր է հասկանալ դրա առաջացման պատճառները:

Եկեք պարզենք, թե ինչի հետ կարող է դա կապված լինել:

1.Վագինիզմ

Վագինիզմը հեշտոցի շրջանաձև մկանի, ինչպես նաև շեքի մկանների ոչ կամածին և ցավոտ կրճատումն է, որն ի հայտ է գալիս առնանդամի կամ գինեկոլոգիական զննման ընթացքում բժշկական գործիքի (անգամ ամենափոքր առարկաների, օրինակ՝ տամպոնի) ներհրման փորձի ժամանակ: Երբեմն վագինիզմի ծայրահեղ ծանր դեպքերում մերձեցման մասին միտքն անգամ մկանների ոչ կամածին ջղաձգում է առաջացնում, որը տհաճ կերպով տարածվում է ազդրի ներսի հատվածում և ուղեկցվում ցնցումներով ու ցավով:

2.Էնդոմետրիոզ

Էնդոմետրիոզը հորմոնային խանգարումներով, ժառանգական նախատրամադրվածությամբ պայմանավորված, իմունակախյալ հիվանդություն է, որին հատուկ է բջջային ակտիվությամբ օժտված էկտոպիկ (արգանդի լորձաթաղանթի արտատեղակայում) էնդոմետրիումը և դրա գերաճը: Վերարտադրողական տարիքի կանանց շրջանում հանդիպող գինեկոլոգիական հիվանդությունների շարքում էնդոմետրիոզի տեսակարար կշիռն աճում է: Թանկարժեք և ոչ այնքան արդյունավետ բուժումը, վերարտադրողական տարիքի կանանց շրջանում բարձր հիվանդացությունը, ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածությունն ու գերհույզերը պայմանավորում են էնդոմետրիոզի արդիականությունը:

3.Վագինիտ

Վագինիտը (լատիներեն` vagina - հեշտոց բառից) հեշտոցի լորձաթաղանթի բորբոքումն է։ Տարբերակում են մի քանի տիպի վագինիտներ (կոլպիտ)` ինֆեկցիոն և ոչ ինֆեկցիոն, մեխանիկական և քիմիական։

Ինֆեկցիոն վագինիտը հարուցվում է տարբեր բակտերիաների կողմից, որոնք փոխանցվում են սեռական ճանապարհով (ստրեպտոկոկկեր, ստաֆիլոկոկկեր, գոնոկոկկեր, տրիխոմոնադներ, տարբեր տեսակի սնկեր)։

4.Բնական քսայուղի բացակայություն

Ավանդական բժշկությունը առաջարկում է հեշտոցային չորություն բուժել ցնցուղներով, բուժիչ վաննաներով, բուսական յուղերով եւ բուսական decoctions, որոնք կարգավորում են մարմնի հորմոնալ հավասարակշռությունը:

5.Սեռական ճանապարհով փոխանցվող հիվանդություններ

Գործնականում սեռական կյանքով ապրող յուրաքանչյուր ոք սեռական ճանապարհով փոխանցվող հիվանդության խնդիր ունեցել է: Այդ հիվանդությունները 30-ից ավելի են: Մահացու ՁԻԱՀ-ից մինչև դրա համեմատ հասարակ խլամիդիոզը սեռական ճանապարհով են փոխանցվում: Դրանց մեծ մասը բուժվող է, սակայն, ցավոք, ոչ բոլորը: Օրինակ` սեռական օրգանների հերպեսից վերջնականապես բուժվել երբեք չի հաջողվում, իսկ բուժման նպատակը հիվանդության ընթացքը մեղմելն է ու կրկնության հաճախությունն ու բարդությունը նվազեցնելը: Վերջնականապես պապիլոմայից ազատվել հաջողվում է միայն 25-ից ցածր տարիքի երիտասարդներին: Դրանից հետո այդ վարակը ոչնչացնել չի հաջողվում, իսկ բուժման նպատակն ախտահարված հյուսվածքի փոփոխումը վերացնելն է:
