Նախ՝ պատկերացրեք նման մի պատմություն։ Դուք հանգստանում եք այգում, երբ հանկարծ տեսնում եք, թե ինչպես է զբոսնող մի մեծահասակ տղամարդ ընկնում գետնին։ Դուք նետվում եք նրան օգնության հասնելու, սակայն տղամարդու գիտակցությունը տեղն է, և նա ասում է, որ իր հետ ամեն ինչ լավ է, ուղղակի սայթաքեց։

Տղամարդն ուժասպառ և գունատ տեսք ունի, սակայն դուք նրան հավատացիք։ Օրվա մնացած մասը նա անցկացրել է սովորական կյանքով։ Իսկ երեկոյան նրան տարան շտապօգնության մեքենայով։ Տղամարդը մահացավ ինսուլտից։

2. Խնդրեք մարդուն, որը հենց նոր է «սայթաքել», ասել ինչ-որ տարրական, բայց երկար երկու բառ։ Թող նա ասի պարզ և հասկանալի հետևյալ նախադասությունը՝ «Ես սայթաքել եմ, սակայն ինձ հետ ամեն ինչ լավ է, մի անհանգստացեք»։

4. Խնդրեք նրան լեզուն դուրս հանել։ Եթե այն ծռվում է կողքի, միանգամից հիվանդանոց տարեք նրան։

Այլ ախտանշաններ. մեկ աչքի տեսողության կտրուկ անկում, հանկարծակի և անտեղի փսխում, գիտակցության անսպասելի կորուստ:

Եթե այս վախեցնող պահերը չեն եղել դեռ, սակայն ձեր մտերիմ մարդիկ բողոքում են վերջույթների ընդարմանալուց, գլխացավից, գլխապտույտից և տեսողության կտրուկ անկումից, ապա անհապաղ բժիշկ կանչեք, քանի որ մի քանի ժամ անց նա ավելի վատ կսկսի զգալ իրեն։
