Էզոթերիկներն ասում են, որ 40 տարեկան մարդիկ չպետք է նշեն իրենց տարեդարձը, այլապես նրանց հետ վատ բան կկատարվի։ Ահա թե ինչն է պատճառը, որ շատ մարդիկ չեն նշում իրենց 40-ամյակը։

Մարդիկ հիմնականում չեն նշում իրենց ծննդյան օրը 40 տարեկանում, քանի որ լսել են իրենց ծնողներից, որ հարկավոր չէ այն նշել, սակայն նրանցից քչերը կարող են բացատրել՝ որտեղից է առաջ եկել հենց 40 թիվը։
