Կարկտից տուժած գյուղատնտեսներին պետությունը գումար կտրամադրի, ո՞վ որքան կստանա

Կառավարության այսօրվա՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-ի նիստում չզեկուցվող հարցերի մեջ է նաև 2024 և 2025 թվականներին Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու, Շիրակի, Տավուշի և Սյունիքի մարզերում տեղացած կարկուտի հետևանքով հողօգտագործողներին պատճառված վնասների մասնակի փոխհատուցում տրամադրելու հարցը։

Ըստ նախագծի՝ 2024 թվականին կարկտահարության հետևանքով վերոնշյալ մարզերում ընդհանուր վնասված ցանքատարածությունների և այգետարածքների մակերեսը կազմում է 12987,62 հա, որոնց փոխհատուցման ենթակա նախնական ընդհանուր գումարը կկազմելու է 1,580,585,649․65 դրամ։

Գումարը բաշխվելու է հետևյալ սկզբունքով` 

Արարատի մարզին կտրամադրվի 109,784,500․00 դրամ, Արագածոտնի մարզին՝ 27,638,100․00 դրամ։ Արմավիրի մարզը պետությունից կստանա  702,203,243․00 դրամ, Լոռու մարզը՝ 646,707,864․67 դրամ։ 

Շիրակին կտրամադրվի 59,578,470․98 դրամ, Գեղարքունիքին՝ 28,779,261․00 դրամ և Սյունիքի մարզին՝ 5,894,210․00 դրամ։ 

2025 թվականի համար վերոնշյալ մարզերը փոխհատուցում կստանան նույն սկզբունքով։ 

11809,76 հա տուժած ցանքատարածքի համար 870,101,321.04 դրամ գումար կփոխհատուցի պետությունը։ Այս տարի էլ ամենաշատ վնասը կրել է Արմավիրի մարզը։ Որպես փոխհատուցում պետությունը տրամադրելու է 232,100,938.30 դրամ գումար։ Արագածոտնի մարզին կտրամադրվի 198,419,076.18 դրամ գումար, Արարատին՝ 190,322,047.64 դրամ գումար։ Քիչ վնասներ չեն կրել նաև Լոռին, Շիրակը, Տավուշն ու Գեղարքունիքը։ Այս մարզերին համապատասխանաբար կտրամադրվի՝ 75,542,936.00, 124,481,765.52, 48,355,945.40, 878,612.00 դրամ գումար։ 

Արդյո՞ք այս գումարը կբավարարի, որ հողագործները կարողանան գոնե սեզոնի սկզբին վերցրած վարկերը մարել, դեռևս պարզ չէ։ 

Նշենք, որ այս տարի Արարատի մարզում, օրինակ, ծիրանի ամբողջ բերքը փչացավ, Արմավիրում բաց դաշտերում աճեցվող վարունգի ու լոլիկի բերքը վնասվեց։ Ինչևէ, մեզ այս հարցով դիմող բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներից շուտով կփորձենք տեղեկանալ, թե փոխհատուցումը որքանով է գոհացնում իրենց։
