Պատգամավորների մուտքը արգելված է. ինչի՞ց են վախենում քննիչները

Հոկտեմբերի 6-ին՝ ՊՆ-ի մոտ իրականացրած բողոքի ակցիայից օրեր անց, ձերբակալվեցին անհետ կորած զինծառայողների հարազատներից երկուսը` Ապիջան Սարգսյանն ու Արսեն Ղուկասյանը: Ավելի ուշ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ապիջան Սարգսյանին ազատ են արձակել, իսկ Արսեն Ղուկասյանը կալանավորվեց մեկ ամիս ժամկետով։ 

Այսօր ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը հայտարարել է, որ Ղուկասյանի նկատմամբ ճնշումները շարունակվում են բանտում։

MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբան Տաթև Սողոյանը նշեց, որ անհետ կորած զինծառայողի ծնողի հանդեպ սահմանափակումներ են իրրականացվում, այն է՝ պատգամավորներին չի թույլատրվում այցելել նրան։ 

«Սա անհամարժեք սահմանափակում է, առանց այն էլ անիրավաչափ կալանք որպես խափանման միջոց։ Իրենց պահանջը հստակ էր, քննիչներն ու դատավորը չէին ամաչել ու գրել էին դրա մասին, որ կալանքի պատճառը մեկն է, այն է՝ քանի որ Արսեն Ղուկասյանը մեծ սեր ու հարգանք է վայելում անհետ կորածների ծնողների շրջանում և կարող է խոչընդոտել քննությանը և իր ունեցած հեղինակությամբ կարող է կազմակերպել նոր հավաքներ ու բողոքի ակցիաններ։ Այդ ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ մտածել են, որ դա կարող է կազմակերպվել պատգամավորների միջոցով, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ սահմանափակումը կիրառել են»,- ասաց փաստաբանը։

Սողոյանի խոսքով՝ Արսեն Ղուկասյանն ունի մի խումբ հիվանդություններ, առաջնայինը՝ սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդություններ, շուրջ 9 անուն ծանր հիվանդություններ՝ Կառավարության որոշմամբ թվարկված, ունի նաև ծնկահոդի խնդիր և լսողական ծանր խանգարում։ 

«Իր սիրտը աշխատում է սարքով, ձերբակալման օրվա դրությամբ շտապօգնության երկու բրիգադներն էլ արձանագրել են, որ անհրաժեշտ է հոսպիտալացում, անհրաժեշտ է բժշկի ստուգում, որովհետև կասկած կա, որ այդ սարքը կարող է վնասված լինել հենց այդ քաշքշուկի արդյունքում: Այսինքն, եթե այդ սարքը պատշաճ չի աշխատում, իր քրոնիկ հիվանդությունների, առիթմիայի պարագայում ցանկացած տատանման դեպքում դրա անսարքությունը կարող է հանգեցնել անդառնալի հետևանքների: Նաև այս ամենի համակցության մեջ նա ունի ընհանուր առմամբ ֆունկցիոնալության ծանր խանգարում, որը անհամատեղի է դարձնում կալանքի կրելը»,- հավելեց Տաթևիկ Սողոյանը։

Փաստաբանը տեղեկացրեց, որ երեկ է հանդիպում ունեցել Ղուկասյանի հետ, որից էլ պարզ է դարձել՝ ֆունկցիոնալության խանգարման համարժեք կեցության պայմաններ չկան։ Փաստաբանը նշեց, որ պայքարում են՝ կալանքը օր առաջ վերացվելու համար։   

Նշենք, որ Արսեն Ղուկասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել սեպտեմբերի 29–ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության շենքի մոտ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ քաշքշուկի ժամանակ խուլիգանություն կատարելու և պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու հոդվածներով։
