Արհեստական բանականության մարտահրավերները․ ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտը հյուրընկալել է DisruptHR միջոցառումը

«ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ընկերությունների խումբն օրերս հյուրընկալել է թվով 7-րդ DisruptHR միջոցառումը «Tech Edition» խորագրով՝ հանդես գալով որպես հանդիպման գլխավոր գործընկեր։ Միջոցառումն իրականացրել է Cascade People & Business ընկերությունը։

Միջոցառման ընթացքում մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման 12 խոսնակներ ներկայացրել են արհեստական բանականության կիրառման հնարավորություններն ու նորարարական լուծումները կազմակերպությունների արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործում։ Քննարկվել են նաև ԱԲ-ի ռիսկերն ու մարտահրավերները․ կարո՞ղ է արդյոք արհեստական բանականությունն ամբողջությամբ փոխարինել մարդուն։

Cascade People & Business ընկերության հիմնադիր և գլխավոր տնօրեն Արփի Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ թեև թեման հաճախ է քննարկվում, բայց մնում է արդիական․ «Մենք անցյալ տարի իրականացրել ենք  միջազգային կոնֆերանսներ, որոնք նույնպես AI-ին էին նվիրված, կոչվում էր The Science of Leadership։ Ծեծված թեմա է, այնուամենայնիվ, մենք պետք է հավաստենք, որ ամենաարդիականն է, որովհետև մենք բոլորս դրա մեջ ենք և չգիտենք՝ ուր ենք գնում»։

«ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Լեոնիդ Կարապետյանն էլ հանդիպմանն անդրադարձել է գլոբալ ու տեղական հարթակների համադրման կարևորությանը․ «Խոսել եմ այն մասին, թե ինչպես կարելի է համախմբել խոշոր գլոբալ ընկերությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի աշխարհագրական դիրքն ու կապերը։ Յուրաքանչյուր կազմակերպության համար կարևոր մարտահրավերներից է համադրել գլոբալն ու տեղականը։ ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտը գրասենյակներ ունի Սան Պաուլոյից մինչև Բուխարեստ, և մեզ համար առանցքային է, որ բոլոր աշխատակիցները գործեն որպես միասնական թիմ։ Մենք սրան նայում ենք որպես  համակարգչային-օպերացիոն համակարգի, որն ունի միասնական Source Code (ելակետային կոդ) և API կամ տեղային ինտերֆեյսեր․ այս մոտեցմամբ ընկերության տարբեր հատվածներ միացնում ենք իրար», - նշել է Լեոնիդ Կարապետյանը։

Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ արհեստական բանականության գործիքակազմը կարող է կարևոր դեր ունենալ Հայաստանի նման փոքր բնակչություն ունեցող երկրի համար. «Մենք պետք է ձգտենք լինել առաջատար այս ոլորտում, այլ ոչ թե պարզապես հետևող»։

«ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ընկերությունների խմբի ՄՌԿ տնօրեն Մարիա Կարապետյանը խոսել է ԱԲ-ի գործոնի մասին աշխատանքի ապագայի շրջանակներում․  «Այսօրվա տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումների և AI-ի հետ հանդերձ մենք հաճախ մոռանում ենք  մարդկային գործոնների և դրանց կարևորելու, առաջ տանելու, մարդկային շփումն ավելի բարձր դասելու մասին», - ասել է Մարիա Կարապետյանը, ընդգծելով, որ ԱԲ-ն կարող է ամեն ինչ անել, բայց կա մի հստակ գործոն՝ մարդկայինը, որը փոխարինել հնարավոր չէ։ 

DisruptHR-ը ներկա և ապագա առաջնորդների համախմբմանն ուղղված շարժում է, որը միջազգային հարթակ է դուրս եկել՝ ընդգրկելով շուրջ 30 երկիր և 150-ից ավելի քաղաք:
